  • Volg alle uitstaande pensioeneise by GEPF op.
  • Help die oorlede werknemer se gesin om begrafnisvoordele by GEPF te eis.
  • Identifiseer, trek en hou 'n jaarlikse lys van alle werknemers wat met pensioen tree.
  • Doen betalingsopvolgings en hanteer pensioenvrae.
  • Verskaf terugvoer aan pensioenbegunstigdes.
  • Herwin alle aanspreeklikhede uit pensioenopbrengste.
  • Koördineer / hou diensvoordeelwerkswinkels.
  • Verseker nakoming van die tersaaklike voorskifte by die verwerking van toelaes.
  • Verseker korrekte implementering van toelaes op PERSAL bv. behuising, waarneming ens.
  • Keur verloftransaksies goed en verseker dat korrekte kodes gebruik word.
  • Verseker dat verlofaansoeke aan beleid en voorskifte voldoen.
  • Verseker indiening van verlofplanne en nakoming daarvan.
  • Verifieer korrektheid van ongeskiktheidsaansoeke en verseer tydige indiening by die Health Risk Manager.

  • Kontroleer en verifieer verlofgratifikasie / afslagberekeninge en verseker korrektheid.

  • Keur Employee Performance Management and Development System (EPMDS)-dokumente op PERSAL goed.
  • Verseker dat EPMS-statistieke opgedateer en weekliks ingedien word.

  • Kontroleer en verseker gehalte van MC-uitslaebriewe.
  • Stel 'n memo op vir goedkeuring van prestasiebelonings.
  • Keur / magtig die geïmplementeerde prestasiebelonings.
  • Registreer System Change Control (SCC) om diensrekords van werknemers na betaling van salarisvooruitgang te korrigeer.
  • Maak reëlings om betalings van werknemers wat hul diens by die Department beëindig het, te verwerk.
  • Reël vergaderings om ontevredenheidsake te bespreek.
  • Monitor en implementeer werwing en seleksie.
  • Kontroleer gefinansierde en vakante poste op PERSAL.
  • Verifieer indienings en ondersteunende dokumente vir advertensies.
  • Verseker dat indiensnemingsgelykheidsdoelwitte opgedateer word.
  • Monitor nakoming van werwing- en seleksieplanne.
  • Kontroleer notules en prosedures na die kortlyssproses.
  • Kontroleer indiening vir seleksie van geskikte kandidate.
  • Bevestig sekuriteits- en kwalifikasiesiftingsresultate.
  • Verseker dat poste binne die voorgeskrewe tydperk gevul word.
  • Keur aanstellings, oordragte en translasie op PERSAL goed.
  • Verseker dat amptenare korrek op PERSAL geplaas word.
  • Fasiliteer en monitor werknemersverhoudingsprosesse.
  • Monitor dissiplinêre sake wat ingedien is vir nakoming van voorgeskrewe tydperke.
  • Kontroleer vordering met die afhandeling van sake met die National Office.
  • Help met die implementering van sanksies.
  • Monitor samestelling van statistieke oor ingediende dissiplinêre sake.
  • Fasiliteer vergaderings met georganiseerde arbeid.
  • Verskaf advies oor griewe, wangedrag en dissiplinêre aangeleenthede.
  • Implementeer die dissiplinêre verhoorsanksies.
  • Fasiliteer die afhandeling van griewe binne die voorgeskrewe tydperk.
