Bestuur inligtings- en kadastrale dienste vir die Surveyor-General in Cape Town, hou toesig oor goedgekeurde kadastrale dokumente, registers en sertifikate teen 'n SMS Vlak 13-pakket.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n NQF Vlak 7-graad wat deur die South African Geomatics Council erken word as bevredigend vir Artikel 8 (1) (d) (iii), (v) en (vi) van die Geomatics Professions Act, 2013, spesifiek 'n driejaar Baccalaureusgraad in Geomatics / Landmeetkunde, of 'n verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie, asook 'n Nyukela-sertifikaat (Voor-toelatingsertifikaat tot die SMS) wat voor aanstelling ingedien word.
  • Geregistreer as Geomatics Professional, Geomatics Technologist of Geomatics Technician by die South African Geomatics Council (SAGC). 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
  • Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring op middel / senior bestuursvlak in 'n kadastrale opmetingsomgewing.
  • Toepaslike na-registrasie ervaring in kadastrale opmeting.
  • Werksverwante kennis: Kadastrale opmeting.
  • Tegniese stelsel.
  • Kadastrale ruimtelike inligting.
  • Grondinligtingstelsels, grondadministrasiestelsels en geografiese inligtingsbestuur.
  • Tegnologiese vooruitgang nuttig vir die kadastrale opmetingstelsel.
  • Prestasiebestuur en monitering.

Pligte

  • Neem verantwoordelikheid vir die volledigheid, korrektheid en huidigheid van die goedgekeurde kadastrale dokumente van die Surveyor-General.
  • Registreer aftrekkings en voorbereiding van sertifikate van responente.
  • Onderhou dokumente en registers om voortdurende leesbaarheid en bruikbaarheid te verseker.
  • Wysig en trek kadastrale dokumente terug.
  • Hou toesig oor die bestuur van die argivering van kadastrale dokumente en inligting.
  • Onderhou 'n sterkkamer vir veilige bewaring van alle kadastrale dokumente.
  • Plaas elke goedgekeurde kadastrale dokument in die argief.
  • Hou toesig oor die bestuur van die verskaffing van volledige, huidige, akkurate en korrekte kadastrale inligting.
  • Verskaf harde kopieë en elektroniese beelde van goedgekeurde kadastrale dokumente.
  • Verskaf gesertifiseerde kopieë van kadastrale dokumente vir registrasiedoeleindes.
  • Verseker dat alle goedgekeurde dokumente beskikbaar is vir die algemene publiek via die Chief Surveyor-General webblad.
  • Produseer kaarte en planne uit kadastrale ruimtelike inligting.
  • Skenk aandag aan bulkversoeke vir digitale kadastrale ruimtelike inligting binne die regsgebied van die Surveyor-Generals.
  • Reik kadastrale data uit aan Professional Land Surveyors.
  • Verskaf kaarte, lugfoto's en geregverdigde aardebeeldmateriaal wat deur die nasionale kartografiese agentskap geproduseer is.
  • Hou toesig oor die instandhouding van die kadastrale korrespondensievilstelsel.
  • Hou toesig oor die ontvangs en versending van kadastrale dokumente wat vir ondersoek en goedkeuring ingedien is.
  • Verseker dat die nodige kantoorgelde betaal is voor die aanvaarding van kadastrale dokumente in die lêerstelsel.
  • Hou toesig oor die argivering van alle (korrespondensie / dokumente).
  • Hou toesig oor die instandhouding van die kadastrale korrespondensielêerstelsel.
  • Hou toesig oor die lewer van boodskapperdienste.
