Die Departement van Binnelandse Sake soek 'n Direkteur van Monitering en Evaluering om organisatoriese prestasieverslae en gehaltestandaarde by Hoofkantoor in Tshwane toe te sien.
Vereistes
- 'n Voorgraadse kwalifikasie in Openbare Bestuur, Openbare Bestuurskunde, Bestuur of 'n verwante veld op NQF-vlak 7 soos deur SAQA erken. 5 Jaar se ervaring op 'n Middel-/Seniorbestuursvlak word vereis.
- Kennis van die Grondwet van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika.
- Kennis en begrip van alle relevante openbare-diens- en departementele wetgewende raamwerke, asook Regeringsstrukture.
- Begrip van die Minimum Information Security Standard (MISS).
- Kennis van die Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) en Tesourie-regulasies.
- Uitstekende vermoëns en uitgebreide ervaring in projekbestuur, projekoptimering en die gebruik van aanlynstelsels. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie of die vermoë om die operasionele reisvereistes van die pos onafhanklik na te kom deur die handhawing van betroubare vervoerreëlings vir die uitvoering van amptelike pligte, asook bereidwilligheid om te reis en lang ure te werk.

- Voltooiing van die Senior Management Services Toegangs sertifikasie upon appointment.

Pligte
- Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal onder andere vir die volgende spesifieke take verantwoordelik wees: Verseker die Monitering, Verslagdoening en Evaluering van Organisatoriese Prestasie.
- Monitor standaard bedryfsprosedures, prosesse en diensstandaarde.
- Fasiliteer en bestuur gehaltestandaarde vir verslagdoening.
- Fasiliteer en bestuur in-jaar- en einde-van-termyn verslagdoeningsprosesse.
- Verskaffing van moniterings- en evalueringsondersteuning aan uitvoerende komitees en takke.
- Fasiliteer periodieke evaluerings insluitend beleidswetgewing.
- Verskaffing van statistiese ontleding vir die DHA.
- Verseker die koördinering en ondersteuning van Moniterings- en Evaluering prosesse en siklus volgens goedgekeurde beleide en riglyne.
- Verskaf leiding en dra by tot die opbou van Moniterings- en Evalueringskapasiteit.
- Monitor en skep bewustheid van die waarde van Monitering en Evaluering in die departement.
- Bestuur die verslagdoeningstelsel, insluitend kwartaallikse hersienings, om aan eksterne verslagdoeningsvereistes rakende prestasie te voldoen.
- Vestig en handhaaf effektiewe verhoudings met sleutel Departement eenhede soos Interne Oudit, Beplanning, Navorsing ten einde saam te werk, tersaaklike inligting te deel en sinergieë te vind.
- Vestig en handhaaf effektiewe verhoudings met belanghebbendes met die oog om die Moniterings- en Evalueringsfunksie te verbeter.
- Analiseer resultate en lesse geleer en verskaf strategieë vir die verbetering van prestasie.
- Vestig, handhaaf en verseker 'n goeie werksverhouding met die departement en tersaaklike belanghebbendes.
- Verskaf strategiese rigting en leierskap en verseker die strategiese posisionering.
- Hou toe die ontwikkeling en hersiening van beleide en gedragskode vir die Tak.
- Verseker effektiewe risiko- en nakomingsbestuur.
- Verseker effektiewe en doeltreffende bestuur van menslike, fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne binne die Hoofdirektoraat.
- Afrig en gee leiding aan personeel oor nakoming van alle regulatoriese vereistes.

Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity, will be subjected to an interview, various relevant tests and assessments, and employment suitability checks (credit, criminal, citizenship, qualifications, and employment references including verification of exit reasons, and conducting business with State). Once appointed, serving of a prescribed probation period, and obtaining of a security clearance appropriate to the post, will be required. Correspondence between the Department and candidates will be limited to shortlisted candidates, only. The DHA complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013).
