Adjunkdirekteur verantwoordelik vir administrasie, dokumentbestuur, werkvloei-monitering en koördinasie van parlementêre vrae in Kaapstad.

Vereistes

  • Nasionale Diploma (NQF6) in Openbare Bestuur/Kantoorbestuur of 'n relevante gelykwaardige kwalifikasie. 5 jaar se ondervinding in Administrasie of 'n relevante veld waarvan drie (3) jaar op 'n instapsake/junior bestuursvlak (Assistentdirekteur of gelykwaardig) moet wees Die ampsdraer moet kennis hê van die volgende; goeie beheer van geskrewe en mondelinge Engels en enige ander amptelike taal.
  • Strategiese koördinasie/beplanning. Besigheidsbeplanning.
  • Verslag/professionele skryfwerk. Beleidontwikkeling. Organisasie-prestasiebestuur. Risikobestuur. Ouditprosedures.
  • Navorsingsmetodes en aanbieding. Projekbestuur.
  • Toegang tot en werking van die rekenaargesteunde posopsporingstelsel.
  • Formate en roetes van dokumentasie deur die hele departement.
  • Kwaliteitsbeheer van dokumente. EDMS.
  • Die hiërargie en bestuursstruktuur van die departement.
  • Verskillende gespesialiseerde velde van die takke en hoofdirektorate se kundigheid en verantwoordelikheid.
  • Beleide, wetgewing en prosedures. Administrasie.
  • Openbare diens en departementele prosedures en preskripte Beplanning en prestasiebestuurswetgewing.
  • Vaardighede en eienskappe;
  • Organiseringsvaardighede, Fasiliteringsvaardighede, Kommunikasievaardighede, Rekenaarvaardigheid, Tegniese skryfvaardighede.
  • Vermoë om op 'n professionele wyse met ministeries, senior bestuurbeamptes en die publiek te kommunikeer.

Pligte

  • Die kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees om doeltreffende dokumentbestuur te verskaf.
  • Monitor werkvloeie wat deur die Tak ontvang word.
  • Monitor en volg na op die finalisering van uitstaande DG-/Ministériële verwysings Koördineer die finalisering van Tak Parlementêre Vrae.
  • Verseker dat alle dokumente kwaliteitsbeheer is voordat dit aan takadministrateur voorgelê word.
  • Hou 'n opdatum rekord van alle besluite geneem.
  • Skeduleer takvergaderings.
  • Verskaf sekretariatsdienste aan die takvergadering.
  • Verskaf notule van die vergaderings.
  • Ontwikkel 'n aksielys vir besluite en monitor implementering.
  • Monitor takbesteding en lig bestuurders.
  • Koördineer finalisering van die tak insetsels tot die Departementele Strategiese plan.
  • Konsolideer CD-insetsels om tak APP te ontwikkel.
  • Finaliseer die tak APP binne die voorgeskrewe tydraamwerk.
  • Verseker belyning van CD APP.
  • Monitor implementering van tak Besigheidsplan.
  • Fasiliteer die indiening van CD-verifikasieverklarings.
  • Monitor tak-nakoming van PMDS.
  • Verseker dat alle CD-Prestasieooreenkomste geteken en kopieë gearchiveer word.
  • Ondersteun die implementering van die Prestasieplanne.
  • Verseker tak-nakoming met die veiligheidsklarering.
  • Koördineer takdeelname in departementele vergaderings en forums.
  • Ondersteun die implementering van besluite van departementele vergadering.
  • Koördineer tak-reaksie op versoeke ontvang.

Furthermore, all shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Following the interview and the technical exercise, the Selection Panel will recommend candidates to attend a generic managerial competency assessment in compliance with the DPSA Directive on the implementation of competency-based assessments. The person appointed to this position will be subjected to a security clearance, the signing of performance agreement and employment contract.
