Profesionele Verpleegkundige (ALGEMENE Stroom) met Vroedkunde

Profesionele verpleegkundige met vroedkunde word benodig by Vryheid Distrikshospitaal om ISHP-dienste te verskaf, insluitend leerdergesondheidsifting en geïntegreerde primêre gesondheidsorg.
Vereistes
- Diploma / B-graad in verpleegkunde of 'n gelykwaardige kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Vroedkunde toelaat.
- Registrasie by die SANC as Profesionele Verpleegkundige met Vroedkunde.
- Huidige SANC-kwitansie.
- Geldige bestuurderlisensie.
- Graad 1: Geen ervaring.
- Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleegkunde.
- Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as Profesionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in algemene verpleegkunde.
- Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Probleemoplossing en besluitneming.
- Gesondheidsbevordering en spansametelling.
- Verslagskrywing en aanbiedingsvaardighede.
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede: Openbare praat, luister en opsomming.
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.
- Skoolgesondheidsbeleid en Riglyne Relevant Gesondheidsprogramme nl.
- HAST, MCWH, Gesonde Lewensstyl, Voeding, Geestelike Gesondheid, Nie-oordraagbare siektes. Seksualiteitsonderrig.
- Batho Pele-beginsels.
- Wetgewing wat praktyk lei. Verpleegvaardighede. Bestuursvaardighede.
Pligte
- Bied 'n omvattende geïntegreerde pakket van ISHP-dienste aan.
- Basiese gesondheidsifting van leerders volgens ISHP-beleid.
- Verseker tydige verwysings na 'n hoër vlak van sorg of na ander sektore terwyl daar met die Wyk-gebaseerde Primêre Gesondheidsorg-reikspanne gewerk word.
- Verseker die implementering van die Geïntegreerde Veelheidsbelanghebbende Gesondheidsbevorderings- en Welweesstrategie in die Sub-Distrik/Distrik.
- Werk saam met alle relevante belanghebbendes om goed gekoördineerde en suksesvolle HPV-veldtogte op vasgestelde tye te verseker.
- Ondersteun alle gesondheidsveldtogte volgens sub-distrik/distrikplanne.
- Werk saam met alle relevante belanghebbendes om ECD's en skole wat kwalifiseer te ondersteun om as gesondheidsbevorderend geakkrediteer te word.
- Bywoon van skoolgesondheids- en ander verwante forums om relevante kwessies aan te spreek en besluite te verseker.
- Bywoon van Sub-Distrik- en Distrik Gemeenskapsgebaseerde Model-vergaderings.
- Stel maandelikse en kwartaallikse verslae op vir alle vlakke.
- Verseker akkurate, konsekwente, volledige en betroubare data.
- Voer data-oudite van alle skoolgesondheid, HPV en ander gesondheidsveldtogte uit.
- Bied ondersteuning aan die huishoudelike kampioene in ooreenstemming met die CBM-konsep.
- Ondersteun die openbaarmaking en nakoming van korttermyn- of chroniese behandeling wat leerders ondergaan.
- Ondersteun die Uitgebreide Inentingsprogram: Toediening van entstowwe, Vitamiene A, Ontwurming ens.
- Ondersteun die WBPHCOT's met groeimonitering en GesinsMUAC-projekte terwyl daar met die Gemeenskapsgesondheidswerkers gewerk word.
- Versnel alle ondersoeke wat gedoen is bv. sputum-versameling, bloedmonsters ens.
- Werk saam met die sub-distrik Tandheelkundige, Oogsorg- en Skoolgesondheidspanne om reikdiens aan skole te koördineer.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
