Vereistes

  • Minimum aanstellings- en ervaringvereistes: Graad 12-sertifikaat.
  • Ingeskrewe verpleegkundige-sertifikaat.
  • Huidige registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) 2026 as 'n Verpleegkundige.
  • Ervaring Graad 1: Geen.
  • Ervaring Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by die SANC as Verpleegkundige.
  • Ervaring Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie by die SANC as Verpleegkundige.
  • Kennis, vaardighede, opleiding en bevoegdhede vereis: Kennis van Openbare Diens-beleide, Wette, Regulasies, Gedragskode, Labour Relations Act, Batho Pele-beginsels en die Handves vir Pasiente se Regte.
  • Kennis van SANC-reëls en regulasies.
  • Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en prosedures.
  • Goeie kommunikasie-, skryf-, fasiliterings- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
  • Vermoë om doeltreffend as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span te funksioneer.
  • Begrip van basiese verpleegsorgbeginsels in moederlike, antenatale en kraamsale.

Pligte

  • Verskaf basiese verpleegsorg in die Toelatings-, Antenatale- en Kraamsaal onder toesig.
  • Help met die monitering van swanger vroue en kraamende moeders.
  • Ondersteun Professionele Verpleegkundiges tydens bevallings en noodgevalle.
  • Onderhou pasienthigiëne, gemak en veiligheid.
  • Help met toelatings, waarnemings en dokumentasie.
  • Rapporteer afwykings onmiddellik aan Professionele Verpleegkundiges.
  • Verseker nakoming van infeksievoorkoming en beheermaatreëls.
  • Neem deel aan spangebaseerde pasientsorglewering.
  • NB: Moet bereid wees om skofte te werk soos toegewys; sluit nagskofte, naweke en openbare vakansiedae in.
