Die Department of Health stel 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital aan om kliniese praktyk te superviseer en gehalte pasiëntversorging te verseker.

Vereistes

• Diploma/ Graad in Algemene Verpleging wat registrasie by die 'South African Nursing Council' (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026) Ervaring Graad 1: Geen Ervaring Graad 2: 'n minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/ erkenne ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Ervaring Graad 3: 'n minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/ erkenne ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging Kennis, Vaardighede Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatute, en ander relevante regsraamwerke.
• Nursing Act, Health Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Patient Rights Charter, Batho-Pele-beginsels, Public Service Regulations, Labour Act, Disiplinêre Kode en Prosedure, Grievance Procedure, ens.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede;
• Verslagdoeningsvaardighede Kennisbestuur;
• Beplanning & Organisering;. Rekenaargeletterdheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf rigting en toesig vir die implementering van die verplegplan (kliniese praktyk/gehalte pasiëntversorging.
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalte verpleging (gehalte van praktyk).
• Beoefen verpleging en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met die wette en regulasies wat relevant is tot verpleging en gesondheidsorg.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleging en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut menslike, materiaal- en fisiese hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Bystand verleen met aflospligte van die toesighouer en optree as skiftploegleier beide oordag en oornag wanneer nodig.
• Toon begaantheid met pasiënte, bevorder en beymer behoorlike behandeling en sorg insluitend bewustheid en bereidwilligheid om te reageer op pasiëntbehoeftes, vereistes en Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om goeie verpleegsorg te verseker wat koste-effektief, billik en doeltreffend is.
• NB: Moet bereid wees om skifs te werk soos toegewys; sluit nagskif, naweke en Openbare Vakansiedae in.
• Bestuur behou die reg om werknemers buite die aangestelde domein toe te wys soos diens vereis; dit mag voorkom in die geval van personeeltekorte wat in enige verpleegkomponent ervaar word.
