Assistentdirekteur: Monitoring-rol by die Gauteng Department of Roads and Transport, wat openbare vervoerroete-registrasie en belanghebbende-betrokkenheid in streekkantore fasiliteer.

Pligte

• Fasiliteer en monitor die registrasie van roetes vir landgebaseerde openbare vervoerbedrywighede in die streek.
• Ondersteun die bemiddeling van konflik en geskille.
• Reël en neem deel aan vergaderings met die belanghebbendes om die roetetoepassing en inspeksiebevindings van die Vereniging of 'n Operateur te bespreek.
• Stel 'n voorlegging met aanbevelings aan bestuur op dat die roete op die Registration Administration System (RAS) vasgelê kan word.
• Verseker dat die roete op die Registration Administration System (RAS) vasgelê word, soos per goedgekeurde aanbevelings.
• Verskaf terugevoer dienooreenkomstig.
• Help verenigings om hul eie grondwette te ontwikkel, gelei deur die Standard Minimum Constitution.
• Skakel met die Vereniging en operateurs om aansoeke vir wysiging van hul bedryfslisensies te doen.
• Monitor die proses van demokratisering van verenigings en ander landgebaseerde openbare vervoerbedrywighede.
• Neem deel aan die ontwikkeling, hersiening en implementering van beleide en standaard werksprosedures.
• Volg prestasievooruitgang en werksvloei van die span volg.
• Bestuur hulpbronne (Menslike, Toerusting/Bates).
