Vang en verifieer data in databasisse en sigblaaie by die Pretoria High Court; vereis 'n Grade 12-sertifikaat en geen vorige ervaring nie.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet 'n Grade twelve (12)-sertifikaat hê.
- Geen vorige ervaring vereis nie. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie sal 'n voordeel wees.
- Alle gekorte lys kandidate sal 'n voor-toetreed praktiese oefening onderneem as deel van die. assesseringsmetode om die kandidaat se geskiktheid te bepaal op grond van die pos se tegniese en generiese vereistes.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Kennis van kantoorpligte, praktyke asook die vermoë om data vas te lê, Batho Pele-beginsels, kennis van werksprosedures ten opsigte van die werksomgewing, effektiewe kommunikasievaardighede (skriftelik en mondelings), goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede, rekenaargeletterdheidsvaardighede, kliëntediens, beplannings- en organiseervaardighede, probleemoplossingsvaardighede, analitiese vaardighede, numeriese vaardighede, buigsaam, motiverend, in staat om onder druk te werk, noukeurig en selfgedrewe.
Pligte
Vang data van beskikbare rekords in die vereiste formate vas bv. databasisse, tabel, sigblad, verifieer ontbrekende data en foute wat tydens datavaslegging waargeneem is, hersien en valideer alle data van die rekords, dien data in en maak gereelde rugsteunkopieë van data, hou en onderhou rekords en lêers, verseker dat rekords en lêers behoorlik gesorteer en beveilig is, verskaf inligting aan komponente, hou en onderhou rekordlêers, stuur en ontvang e-posse wanneer versoek, rapporteer alle IT-probleme onmiddellik aan toesighouer, verskaf inligting aan verantwoordelike komponente, kontroleer alle masjiene en mikrofone en foutdiagnose van die CRT-masjiene, rapporteer foute ondervind tydens die foutdiagnoseproses en log navrae by die helpdesk, vang Court-rol van Court-lys/boeke vas en skeduleer sake vooraf voor aanvang van die verrigtinge, neem Court-verrigtinge op volgens Court-verskynning en verwante annotasies vir die saaktype in sitting, soek uitgestelde sake en voeg latere opnamesessies by sulke plekke, dra Court-opnames oor na die bediener op die werf in 15min-intervalle, stoor en skandeer dokumente soos versoek, verseker dat alle sakerekords/Court-dokumente vir datavaslegging veilig gehou word terwyl dit in u besit is, sorteer en verdeel inkomende data wat vasgelê moet word gelyk, hersien en valideer alle data van die lêers, maak lêers oop en lê lêers en werk registers en statistieke by.

The Organisation will give preference to candidates in line with the Employment Equity goals. Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant. The application must indicate the correct job title, the office where the position is advertised and the reference number as stated in the advert. Failure by the applicant to complete, sign and initial the application form will lead to disqualification of the application during the selection process. Applications on the old Z83 will unfortunately not be considered. Should you be in possession of a foreign qualification, it must be accompanied by an evaluation considered. Suitable candidates will be subjected to a personnel suitability check (criminal record, financial checks, qualification verification, citizenship checks, reference checks and employment verification).
