Kampusbestuurder verantwoordelik vir infrastruktuurprojekbestuur en instandhoudingsprogramme by die Department of Agriculture in Stellenbosch.
Vereistes
- Aansoekers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Administrasie (NQF6). 'n Minimum van 3 jaar toesigervaring in infrastruktuurondersteuning.
- Werksverwante kennis: Kennis van die Public Service Regulations en departementele beleide, voorskrifte, besluite, afgeleenthede en instruksies rakende finansiële/personeelsake.

- Begroting/Finansiële bestuur.
Pligte
- Bestuur van infrastruktuurprojekte en programondersteuningsdienste.
- Koördineer en monitor die daaglikse instandhoudingsprogramme en die besteding daarvan met betrekking tot vaste bates op die kampus.
- Fasiliteer/koördineer/stel behoeftebepalings en instandhoudingsskedules met betrekking tot kapitale werke (groot en klein kapitale projekte) op.
- Ontwikkel, implementeer en monitor aksieplanne rakende projekte en roetine-aktiwiteite asook risikobestuur.
- Verskaf advies en verseker nakoming van openbare diens- en departementele beleide en voorskrifte, bv.
- PFMA, voorsieningskettingbestuur, rekordbestuur, behuising en kantooradministrasie, vervoer, menslike hulpbronne ens.
- Verseke die voorsiening van voldoende akkommodasie, huishouding, vervoer, rekordbestuur.
- Instandhouding, telekommunikasie, sekuriteit en bestuurder/boodskapperdienste aan die kampus.
- Bestuur finansiële, aankoop- en batesbestuur.
- Verskaf ondersteuning rakende die voorsiening en begroting en die monitering van besteding.
- Identifiseer verliese en rapporteer voorvalle dienooreenkomstig (verliesbeheer).
- Help die bestuurder met oudit van alle amptelike interne registers (d.w.s. bate-registers, instandhoudings- en projekregisters, vervoerregisters en logboeke ens).
- Verseker bestuur van vloot departementele voertuie, gesubsidieerde voertuie en staatsgarages en rapporteer dienooreenkomstig.
- Koördineer, monitor en beheer die beweging, instandhouding en beveiliging van bates.
- Menslike hulpbronadministrasie en ontwikkelingsondersteuningsdienste.
- Hou toesig oor en monitor HRM-verwante sake.
- Vul van vakatures.
- Opleiding en ontwikkeling van personeel.
- Prestasiebestuur (EPMDS).
- Bestuur van dissipline in die afdeling.
- Verseker kapasiteit en ontwikkeling van personeel. Inligtingbestuur.
- Verseker die verspreiding van inligting in die komponent.
- Verseker die invul, berging en veiligstelling van dokumente.
- Ontwikkel en onderhou die tersaaklike databasisse.
- Verseker die ontwikkeling van elektroniese en handmatige lêerstelsels vir die komponent.
- Hanteer klien-navrae en klagtes rakende die kampus.
