Senior Internal Auditor vir IT-oudit by GPAA, Pretoria, wat drie jaar se interne oudit-ervaring vereis met een jaar in IT-oudit.

Vereistes

  • 'n Tersaaklike drie (3) jaar Nasionale Diploma / Graad in Interne Oudit of Inligtingstelsels-oudit.
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in 'n Interne Oudit-omgewing waarvan 1 jaar in IT-oudit.
  • Rekenaargeletterdheid wat goeie werkkennis van Microsoft Office-produkte insluit. 1 jaar ervaring in ACL en 'n kwalifikasie in basiese skripting.
  • Kennis van Voordele-administrasie, kennis van Kliënteverhoudingbestuur (Kanaalbestuur), kennis van Tersaaklike wetgewingsvereistes en GPAA-beleide en -prosedures, bedryfskennis, kennis van Finansiële bestuur insluitend begroting en vooruitskatting, kennis van Pensioenfondsregulasies en Reëls, kennis van Pensioenfondsregulasies en Reëls, kennis van Nakomingbestuur, kennis van tersaaklike stelsels.
  • Innovasievermoë in dienslewering, Kliëntgerigtheid en klantefokusvaardighede, Finansiële bestuursvaardighede, Mense-bestuurings- en bemagtigingsvaardighede, Program- en projekbestuursvaardighede, Veranderingsbestuursvaardighede, Kommunikasievermoë, Kennisbestuur, Probleemoplossings- en analisevermoë, Verslagskryfvaardighede, Spanlid, ACL, Respek, Diensuitnemendheid, Integriteit, Deursigtigheid, Hoflikheid, Emosionele intelligensie, vermoë om in 'n span te werk.

Pligte

  • Die titelhouer sal verantwoordelik wees vir 'n wye reeks take: Voer IT-oudtiprojekte uit;
  • Voer IT-oudtiprojekte uit en finaliseer die IT-oudtiprojekte wat op Teammate toegeken is en gebruik ACL volgens die ooreengekome tydfrisse en kwaliteitsstandaarde.
  • Bespreek en los informele navrae van kliënte op.
  • Versamel bewyse oor die werking van 'n departement onder hersiening.
  • Evalueer die bewys wat versamel is.
  • Bepaal of die werking van 'n departement aanvaarbare standaarde nakom.
  • Assesseer die doeltreffendheid van kontroles en werking.
  • Volg aksieplanne op soos hulle vervalle word.
  • Verslaggewing: Stel 'n konsepverslag vir elke IT-ouditprojek op.
  • Ondersteun die bereiking van die resolusie van geïdentifiseerde probleme.
  • Doen voortdurende monitering en evaluering van die vooruitgang teen die goedgekeurde IT-oudtplan.
  • Ondersteun analise en dra by tot aanbevelings wat gemaak word om beleide, prosedures, prosesse, metings en uitgawes te verbeter.
  • Hou tred met globale tendense, nuwe ontwikkelings in die IT-Oudit-omgewing en opkomende tegnologieë.
  • Stel vervolgverslagen op soos aksieplanne vervalle word.
  • Werk die bevindingsregister by.
  • Nakoming: Voldoen aan die IIA- en CISA-standaarde, etiekode en raamwerke.
  • Dra by tot die gehalte van Prestasie-oudits.
  • Voldoen aan Regering, GPAA en Interne Oudit-metodologie, beleide, prosedures, voorskrifte, regulasies, aktes en wette.
  • Bestuur en ontwikkeling van personeel: Bestuur die prestasie van die eenheid wat tutoring, mentorskap en korrektiewe optrede waar nodig behels, ontwikkel prestasiestandaarde en evalueer span en individue.
  • Monitor personeel met betrekking tot menslike hulpbronneaangeleenthede soos verlof, werwing en klagtes.
  • Stel werkplanne vir die afdeling saam, insluitend die konsolidasie van operasionele planne in die direktoraat se algehele werkplan.

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. It should be noted that the GPAA does not support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any of its recruitment and selection processes and will disqualify an application if it picks up the use of AI when completing assessments without acknowledging the source of information. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Applicants must note that pre-employment checks and references will be conducted once they are short-listed and the appointment is also subject to a positive outcome on these checks, which include but not limited to: security clearance, security vetting, qualification/study verification, citizenship verification, financial/asset record check, previous employment verification and criminal record.
