Hoofadministratiewe Beampte vir validering en toetsing in IT-omgewing van staatspensioenbeheerdepartement.

Vereistes

  • 'n Toepaslike 3-jaar Nasionale Diploma/Graad in IT (minstens 360 krediet).
  • Minimum van 3 jaar gepaste ondervinding in Toetsingslaboratoriumomgewing. Rekenaargeletterdheid.
  • Kennis van Werknemerbeefitsbekerming en fondse.
  • Kennis van toepaslike wetgewing.
  • Werkende kennis van IT-omgewing.
  • Kennis van GEPF-dienste en produkte.
  • Kennis van Basiese Rekeningstelsel (BAS).
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office-produkte.
  • Toepaslike Toetsingsmetodologie en/of verwante toetsingskursusse. Besigheidsanalitiese.
  • Leierskap en bestuursvaardighede. Rekenaargeletterdheidsvaardighede.
  • Organisering en probleemoplossingvaardighede. Kommunikasievoerdighede. Kliëntgeoriënteerd.
  • Etiese besigheidsgedrag.
  • Vermoë om op alle vlakke doeltreffend te kommunikeer.
  • Vermoë om verantwoordelikheid te aanvaar.

Pligte

  • Die titularis sal verantwoordelik wees vir 'n wye verskeidenheid van take wat die volgende insluit, maar nie daartoe beperk is nie: Toetsanalise, ontwerp en uitvoering.
  • Uitvoering van handmatige toetse, registrasie van resultate en aanbreek van defekte.
  • Ontwikkeling en instandhouding van outomatiese funksionele toetse met behulp van toetsingsgereedskap.
  • Bepaling van toetsvereistes.
  • Toetsuitvoering oor alle toetsfases en toetsietipes.
  • Bystand waar nodig met toetsdatastelling. Defektregistrasie.
  • Toesig oor outomering en prestasietoetsprosesse.
  • Vastlegging en berging van toetsgevalle wat deur gebruikers vir besigheidstoetsing verskaf is.
  • Verslaglegging oor vordering per projek, risiko en sake.
  • Verskaffing van projektoetsingsluitingsverslag.
  • Risiko- en saakverslaglegging.
  • Identifisering en hersiening van nie-funksionele vereistes.
  • Bepaling en uitvoering van prestasietoetsing en troubleshooting vir probleemoplossing met betrekking tot prestasie.
  • Gebruik van webtoepassingveiligheidsgereedskap om veiligheidskwessies te identifiseer.
  • Kommunikering van veiligheidsteitsresultate aan tegniese en besigheidsbelanghebbende en gesamentlike werking om veiligheidskwessies op te los.
  • Uitvoering van installasies, opgradering en stelselstelseltoetsing met inbegrip van bevestiging van akkuraatheid van installasieverskrifte en vrystelsingsnotas.
  • Toesig oor toetsingslaboratoriumsprosesse.
  • Bou, instandhouding en bevordering van gesonde interne en eksterne klïentverhoudings met alle diens-prosesmaatskappye om vinnige dienslewering te verseker.
  • Bystand met samestelling en aanbieding van diensleweringsprestasierappotte vir Senior Bestuurs- en die Raad van Kuratore.
  • Ondersteuning in bepaling en instandhouding van die Eenheid se finansiële begroting.
  • Aktiewe ondersteuning van deurlopende verbeteringsprojekte.
  • Uitvoering van die volledige Stelselsontikkelingssiklus (SDLC) van alle nuwe besigheidstelseloplossings, stelselsfoute/korreksies, verbeterings en nuwe stelselvrystellings.
  • Hersiening en toetsing van verwante CIVPEN- en werkvoerngfunksionaliteit en die daaropvolgende implementering van formele Toetsingsmetodologie, prosesse en verwante versoeke en instandhouding van behoorlike toetsingsrooster vir Besigheidsondersteuningsdienste.
  • Fasiliteer die verskaffing van opleiding aan alle gebruikers en belanghebbendes oor stelsel-/prosesveiliginge.
  • Beplanning en koördinering van projekte.
  • Beplanning en koördinering oor veelvuldige projekte en strome.
  • Verskaffing van toetsberaming en prioritering van toetsiteme.
  • Bepaling van toetsomgewingvereistes.
  • Uitklaring en kommunikering van toetsafhanklikhede.
  • Toesig oor personeel: Toekenning van werk volgens vaardighede en bevoegdhede.
  • Bestuur van personeleleprestasie.
  • Ontwikkeling, opleiding en afrigting van personeel.
  • Handhawing van dissipline.
  • Verskaffing van maandelikse statistieke.
  • Waarborg dat ondergeskiktes ingelig word oor veranderings in werksvie of bestuursbesluie.

Various permanent position of Senior Administrative Officer: Validation and Testing Lab is currently available at the Government Pensions Administration Agency (GPAA): Business Support Systems Unit. Effective from 19 June 2026, the GPAA now utilises an e-Recruitment System which means all applicants must login/register to apply for positions, we only accept e-Recruitment online applications. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview.
