Padwerker-Voorman-poste wat instandhoudingsspanne en padinfrastruktuur oor Gauteng-liggings bestuur.
Vereistes
- NQF-vlak 3-kwalifikasie of ekwivalent met 'n minimum van drie (3) jaar se ondervinding in Padwerk-Instandhouding.
- Kennis en Vaardighede: Vermoë en bereidwilligheid om onder druk te werk.
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Vermoë om lange ure in 'n span te werk.
Pligte
- Beplanning, toekenning en monitering van daaglikse en weeklikse werkaktiwiteite van instandhoudingsspanne.
- Voorbereiding van weeklikse werkskedulesule en versekering dat take uitgevoer word in ooreenstemming met goedgekeurde werkplanne en pligroostersle.
- Uitvoering van roetine-padinspeksies om padinfrastruktuurtekortkominge te identifiseer, beoordeel en op te teken.
- Monitering en rapportering van onwettige aktiwiteite en inbreuking binne die padreserwe.
- Toesig oor die gebruikmaking, inspeksie en veilige bedryf van departementele voertuie, toerusting, toerusting en gereedskap, wat verseker dat hulle slegs vir amptelike doeleindes aangewend word.
- Beheer en verantwoording van toerusting, gereedskap en materiale wat aan instandhoudingsspanne uitgereik is.
- Uitvoering van terreinspeksies om werkgehalte, produktiwiteit en nakoming van departementale standaarde te monitor.
- Implementering en handhawing van vereistes vir beroepsgezondheid en -veiligheid, ondersoek van voorvalle en samestelling van veiligheidsrapporte van voorvalle.
- Fasilitering en toesig oor ter-plekse opleiding en ontwikkeling van instandhoudingspersoneel.
- Versekering van nakoming van toepassingswette, departementale beleid, prosedures en standaarde.
- Monitering van kontrakteurs se prestasie en nakoming van kontraktuele verpligtinge, wetgewing en departementale vereistes.
- Bestuur van die prestasie van werknemers deur die Prestasie-Bestuur- en Ontwikkelingsstelsel (PMDS).
- Samestelling en indiening van operasionele verslae soos deur bestuur verlang.
