Pligte

  • Meet nakorming aan HR-beleid en -prosedures.
  • Verleen opleiding oor HR-beleid en -prosedure.
  • Kontroleer deurlopend die uitleg en implementering van beleide en DPSA-direktiewe.
  • Verskaf inset in die belyn van departementele beleide met DPSA en PSR.
  • HR-voorsiening (werwing en seleksie, aanstellings, oordragte, verifikasie van kwalifikasies, sekretariële funksies by onderhoude, absorbsies, proeftydperke, ens.). verantwoordelik vir die opstel van voorleggings vir aanstellings, sekonderings, waarnemende aanstellings en Grade Progression.
  • Beëindiging van diens. vastlegging van pensioensake op PCM.
  • Toesig van Pensioen-administrasie, implementering van GEPF-regulasies en -prosesse.
  • Stel verslae op oor menslike administrasiekwessies en statistieke.
  • Hou statistieke van HR-administrasie- of HR-voorsieningsaktiwiteite.
  • Stel verslae op oor menslike administrasiekwessies en statistieke.
  • Stel personeelbeheersverslae op en konsolideer dit oor administrasiekwessies.
  • Verskaf leiding aan die departement/personeel oor menslikehulpbronnbeheersangeleenthede om die korrekte implementering van personeelbeheerspraksisse/beleide te bevorder.
  • Hou PERSAL-verslag op die stelsel op datum.
  • Stel maandelikse verslae saam.
  • Verleen beleisadviseur aan die departement gebaseer op die wetgewingmandate.
  • Verskaf terugvoer oor geïdentifiseerde administrasiegapings.
  • Ondersteun die implementering van goedgekeurde resolusies.
  • Toesig van personeel.
  • Verantwoordelik vir beseeringsgevalle op diens.
  • Vastlegging van beseeringsgevalle op diens op Online Claim Management System (Comp-easy).

One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. Candidates will be required to complete a financial disclosure form and undergo security clearance. Foreigners or dual citizenship holders must provide a police clearance certificate from country of origin (only when shortlisted). The Department of Water Sanitation is an equal opportunity employer.
