Vereistes
- Bachelorgraad/Gevorderde Diploma (NQF 7) in Risikobestuur / Interne Oudit / Rekeningkunde of ekwivalent / verwante kwalifikasie soos deur SAQA erken.
- Nagraadse diploma in risikobestuur en of nakoming sal 'n bykomende voordeel wees.
- Minimum van 3 jaar relevante ondervinding binne 'n risikobestuursomgewing of verwante omgewing.
- Bewese bevoegdhede: Kommunikasie (mondelings en skriftelik), Analitiese en Probleemoplossing, Aandag vir detail, Klientgerigte dienslewering, Beplanning en organisasievaardighede, Eerlikheid en Integriteit, Verslagyskrif vaardighede.
Pligte
- Toesig hou oor en implementeer die risikobestuursraamwerk, bedryfsvoortsettings- en nakoming-bestuur wat die ontwikkeling en implementering van die risikobestuursplan insluit, 'n risikobestuurs-filosofie en -kultuur in die organisasie deur bewusmakings- en kapasiteitsbouaktiwiteite, handhawing van belanghebbende- en klientverhoudings, deurlopende monitering en vastlegging van data en instandhouding van databasisse oor risikobestuursinligting.
- Toesig hou oor en onderneem studies en ontleding vir die identifikasie van risiko's om die interne en eksterne organisasiekonteks vas te stel.
- Toesig hou oor, fasiliteer en gee advies oor die risikobestuursbeoordelingsproses soos identifikasie, ontleding, evaluering, samestelling van risikoprofile en -verslage.
- Monitor en hersien die vordering van aktiwiteite om risiko's aan te spreek en revideer risikoresponsaktiwiteite.
- Toesig hou oor werknemers om 'n effektiewe risk- en integriteitsbestuursdiens te waarborg.
- Koördineer en implementeer Etiekbestuurs Strategie, Beleide en Programme in die Departement wat onder meer insluit; finansiële openbaarmaking, ander remuneratiewe werk, ensovoorts.
- Kommunikeer met belanghebbendes, kliënte, bestuur en kollegas: Skriftelik, Mondelings en formele aanbiedings / werkswinkels / bewusmakingssessies.
- Verskaf sekretariaatondersteuning binne die Risk and Ethics Management Committees
