Assistentdirekteur wat rekords, databasisse en inligtingstelsels vir grondvorderinge in Mpumalanga-provinsie bestuur.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoekeers moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Inligtingsbestuur / Inligting Wetenskap / Rekordbestuur (NKK Vlak 6) of 'n verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie.
  • Minimum 3 jaar toesighoudervararing in 'n inligtingsbestuuromgewing. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.
  • Werksverwante kennis: Kennis van die Restitusisproses.
  • Kennis van totale kwaliteitsbestuur.
  • Kennis van finansiële bestuursprocesse en -prosedures.
  • Kennis van die Nasionale Argiewe-Wet.
  • Kennis van inligtingsbestuur.
  • Begrip van mees algemeen gebruikte stelsels (d.w.s. databasisbestuurstelsel, transaksionele verwerkingstelsel, dokumentbestuurstelsel).
  • Praktiese kennis van die Wet op Openbare Finansiële Bestuur, Skattregelinge en ander verwante voorskrifte.
  • Rekenaargeletterdheid met deskundige kennis van die volledige Microsoft Office-suite.
  • Kennis van toepaslike norme, statutêre en regulatoriese raamwerke.
  • Werksverwante vaardighede: Lewering van bestuurs- en projekbestuursvaardighede.
  • Goeie beplanning, organisering en probleemoplossing.

  • Voorsiening van inligting aan interne en eksterne kliënte.
