Kontrole-Opmetingstegnikus benodig met Nasionale Diploma in Opmeting en ses jaar se tegniese ondervinding in die Wes-Kaap.
Vereistes
- Minimum vereistes: Aansoeker moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-Sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Opmeting of Kartografie (NKK Vlak 6) of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie.
- Verpligte registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Geomatika-Raad (SAGC) as 'n Opmeting-tegnikus / Landmeter.
- Minimum van 6 jaar na kwalifikasie tegniese (opmeting / kartografie) ondervinding. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.

- Opmetings-ontwerp- en analise-doeltreffendheid.
- Voer finale oorsig en goedkeuring of ouditerings uit op nuwe opmeting-toepassings volgens bepaalde standaarde en ontwerp-beginsels of -teorie.
- Koördineer ontwerp-inspannings en integrasie oor dissiplines heen om naatlose integrasie met huidige tegnologie te verseker.
- Handhaaf opmeting-operasionele doeltreffendheid.
- Bestuur die uitvoering van instandhoudingstrategie deur die voorsiening van toepaslike strukture, stelsels en bronne.
- Stel opmeting-instandhoudingstandardes, spesifikasies en dienspeile volgens organisatoriese doelstellings in.
- Monitor instandhoudingseffisientheidsgehalte volgens organisatoriese doelstellings om opmeting-dienste te rig of om te rig.
- Voorsien finansiële bestuursdienste.
- Om die beskikbaarheid en bestuur van fondse te verseker ten einde die doelstellings van die Middeltermyn-Uitgaweryaamwerk (MTEF) binne die opmeting-omgewing / dienste te bereik.
- Bestuur die operasionele opmeting-projekteportefeulje vir die operasie om doeltreffende toewysing van bronne volgens organisatoriese behoeftes en doelstellings te verseker.
- Bestuur die kommersiële waarde-toevoegings van die dissipline-verwante programme en projekte.
- Fasiliteer die samestelling van innovasie-voorstelle om geldigheid en nakoming van organisatoriese beginsels te verseker.
- Wys toe, monitor en beheer uitgawe volgens begroting om doeltreffende kontantvoigvloei-bestuur te verseker.
- Voorsien bestuursdienstes.
- Wys bronne toe, monitor en beheer dit.
- Stel risikolêers (databasisse) saam en bestuur beduidende risiko volgens grondige risiko-bestuurspraktyk en organisatoriese vereiste.
- Voorsien tegniese konsultasiedienste vir die bedryf van opmeting-verwante sake om moontlike opmeting-risiko's tot die minimum te beperk.
- Bestuur en implementeer kennisdeling-inisiatiewe soos kort-termyn-opdragte en tydbeperkte vervangings binne en oor operasies heen, ter ondersteuning van individuele ontwikkelingplanne, operasionele vereistes en opbrengs van belegging.
- Monitor deurlopend die uitruil en beskerming van inligting tussen operasies en indviduals om doeltreffende kennisbestuur volgens departementele doelstellings te verseker.
- Lewer mense-bestuursdienstes.
- Rig die ontwikkeling, motivering en benutting van menslike bronne vir die dissipline om 'n bekwame kennisgrondslag vir die voortgesette sukses van opmeting-dienste volgens organisatoriese behoeftes en vereistes te verseker.
- Bestuur ondergeskikte se sleutelprestasieareas deur prestasiestandaarde in te stel en te monitor en aksie te neem om afwykings reg te stel ten einde departementele doelstellings te bereik.
