Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aanstellingskandidате moet in besit wees van 'n Graad 12-Sertifikaat en 'n Nasionale Diploma in Opmetings of Kartografie (NKK Vlak 6) of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie.
  • Verpligte registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Geomatikaraad (SAGC) as 'n Opmetings Tegnikus / Opmeters.
  • Minimum van 6 jaar na kwalifikasie tegniese (opmetings / kartografie) ervaring. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie.

  • Opmetings ontwerp en analise effektiwiteit.
  • Voer finale hersiening en goedkeurings of ouditore op nuwe opmetings toepassings uit volgens vastgestelde standaarde en ontwerp beginsels of teorie.
  • Koördineer ontwerp pogings en integrasie oor dissiplines om naatlose integrasie met huidige tegnologie te verseker.
  • Handhaaf opmetings operasionele effektiwiteit.
  • Bestuur die uitvoering van onderhoudstrategie deur die voorsiening van toepaslike strukture, stelsels en hulpbronne.
  • Stel opmetings onderhoudsstandaarde, spesifikasies en diens vlakke volgens organisatoriese doelwitte.
  • Monitor onderhoud doeltreffendheid volgens organisatoriese doelwitte om opmetings dienste te rig of te herrig.
  • Verskaf finansiële bestuur diens.
  • Om die beskikbaarheid en bestuur van fondse te verseker om die Middel-Termyn Uitgawekader (MTEF) doelwitte binne die opmetings omgewing / dienste na te kom.
  • Bestuur die operasionele opmetings projek portefeulje vir die operasie om doeltreffende hulpbrontoekenning volgens organisatoriese behoeftes en doelwitte te verseker.
  • Bestuur die kommersiële toegevoegde waarde van die dissipline-verwante programme en projekte.
  • Fasiliteer die samestelling van innovasie voorstelle om geldigheid en nakoming van organisatoriese beginsels te verseker.
  • Wys toe, monitor en kontroleer uitgawes volgens begroting om doeltreffende kontantvloeibestuur te verseker.
  • Verskaf bestuursdienste.
  • Wys toe, monitor en kontroleer hulpbronne.
  • Stel risiko logboeke (databasisse) saam en bestuur betekenisvolle risiko volgens grondige risiko bestuur praktyk en organisatoriese vereiste.
  • Verskaf tegniese konsultasiedienste vir die operasie van opmetings verwante aangeleenthede om moontlike opmetings risiko's te verminder.
  • Bestuur en implementeer kennis delings inisiatiewe bv. kort-termyn toekennings en delegerings binne en oor operasies, ter ondersteuning van individuele ontwikkelings planne, operasionele vereistes en opbrengs op belegging.
  • Monitor voortdurend die uitruil en beskerming van inligting tussen operasies en indidividue om doeltreffende kennisbestuur volgens departementale doelwitte te verseker.
  • Lewer mensbestuur dienste.
  • Rig die ontwikkeling, motivering en benutting van menslike hulpbronne vir die dissipline om bevoegde kennisbasis vir die voortgesette sukses van opmetings dienste volgens organisatoriese behoeftes en vereistes.
  • Bestuur ondergeskikte se sleutel prestasie areas deur prestasie standaarde te stel en te monitor en aksies te neem om afwykings reg te stel om departementale doelwitte te bereik.
