Hoofdirekteuer wat toesig hou oor provinsiale grondhervormdienste, programme en eiendomsbestuursimplementering op senior bestuursvlak.

Vereistes

  • Minimum vereistes: Aansoeker moet oor 'n Graad 12-sertifikaat en 'n Baccalaureusgraad of Gevorderde Diploma in Publieke Administrasie / Publieke Bestuur / Besigheidsadministrasie / Bestuur (NQF-vlak 7) of verwante ekwivalente kwalifikasie en 'n Nyukela-sertifikaat (Pre-inskrywingssertifikaat vir die SMS) beskik wat voor aanstelling ingedien is.
  • Minimum van 5 jaar ervaring op senior bestuursvlak.
  • Bewese ervaring in Projekbestuur. 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie.

  • Lei die ontwikkeling en implementering van konsekwente korporatiewe prestasie-monitering en evaluering om op die lewering van jaarlikse prestasieuitkomste van die Provinsiale Kantoor te fokus.
  • Verseker dat robuuste bestuur, doeltreffende besluitneming, waarde vir geld en toepaslike voordele deur korporatiewe aktiwiteit, beleid- en strategieraamwerke bereik word.
  • Lewer hulp met die inisiëring, bestuurkoördinasie en implementering van strategiese korporatiewe projekte.
  • Stel interne en eksterne netwerke op en handhaaf dit om neigings en beste praktyke in korporatiewe bestuur te monitor.
  • Bestuur en hou toesig oor die lewering van finansiële, voorsieningsketting en korporatiewe steundienste in die Provinsiale Kantoor.
  • Hou toesig oor administrasiesteun vir menslike hulpbronne.
  • Hou toesig oor veiligheids- en sekuriteitsdienste binne die provinsie.
  • Bestuur inligtingsrekords.
  • Hou toesig oor inligtingstegnologie-steundienste.
  • Hou toesig oor kommunikasie- en gebeurtenisbestuursdienste.
  • Monitor en implementeer geslag- en transformasieinisiatiewe in ontwikkelingsprogram.

  • Bel in en werk saam met relevante belanghebbendes in die provinsie.
  • Hou toesig en lewer steun in gemeenskapdeelname, gemeenskapsplanning, korporatiewe en operasionele beplanning, programmaprestasie-verslagdoening, korporatiewe projek-, beleid-, strategie- en infrastruktuurontwikkeling en -implementering en korporatiewe bestuursontwickeling en -implementering.
  • Verseker provinsiale nakoming deur bestuur van inligting, risiko en oudit.
  • Monitor en volg alle departementale programme- en projekinisiatiewe.
