• Ukuhola uphathe i-WBPHCOT ukuze kugcinwe isibalo sabantu abafinyelelwa kanye nokuthuthuka okungabonwa empilweni yomphakathi ngokuvikela, ukubona kusheshise izinkinga, ukukhombisa kwezokwelapha, ukuhambisana nokulandela abagulayo.
• Nikeza isiqondiso nolawulo ekwenzeni iphulo lezokuNesiingane (umsebenzi wezempilo/ikhwalithi yokunakekelwa kwesiguli).
• Phakamisa amazinga, imikhuba, imigomo nemibalavu yokwenza amaNesiingane kahle (ikhwalithi yomsebenzi).
• Sebenzisa umsebenzi we-Nesiingane nempilo ngokuhambisana nemithetho nemibalavu ehlobene nokuNesiingane nempilo.
• Gcina ubudlelwano obuhle bezisebenzayo namanye amafasiliti ezempilo, ukuqinisa amaphuzu ezinsiza zomphakathi.
