Umsebenzi

• Qapha futhi ufeke izimangalo zemali yenikelo namabhilidi ahlobene nokusebenza / Izimpahla kanye Nezinsiza.
• Qapha ukuthi ifomu Lokugunyazwa Kwezimali lisayiniwe yisikhulu esifanele futhi uhlole ukuthi igama lenhlangano ku-FFA sihambisana nombilidi oshuthezelwe.
• Qapha ukuthi koni, ifomu lesimangalo, ifomu le-HSS, inkokhelo yeqiniso lesimangalo kanye nohlu lokuhlolwa kwamadokhumenti ashuthezelwe.
• Qapha inani eliphelele ku-FA, ifomu le-HSS nesimangalo.

• Phendula imibuzo yabakhiyiza kanye nemibuzo ehlobene nenkokhelo evela kubaphathi bangaphakathi nangaphandle.
• Phatha ukuskena kwezimangalo kusuka ku-E-Gov kusebenzisa i-SAP ngenjongo yokukhokha.
• Dlulisa i-journal yekilashe ku-SAP yonke imikhuba engahambisani etholakale ngenqubo yokuhlolwa.
