• Hlela futhi uzedele ukuhlela nokwenza ukuhlolwa okubalulekile ngaphakathi kwesandla sokuthi kuqinisekiswe ukuzinza ngokomthetho i-Occupational Health and Safety Act, i-Act 85 ka-1993.
• Izimiso nezindinganiso ezihlanganiswe ndawonye.
• Ukuqinisekisa ubhaliso ngaphansi kwe-Unemployment Insurance Act kanye ne-Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act.
• Hlela, iphenye futhi uqedele eyedwa izenzakalo nezikhalazo ezibikwe ngokuphathelene ne-OHS Act nezimiso ezihambisana nazo, futhi uzelethe umthetho njengoba kudingeka, futhi usize enkantolo njengofakazi kahulumende.
• Hlela futhi wenze ukuhlolwa okuhlelekile okunikiwe njengohlelo ukuze ukulawule ukuzinza ngomthetho wezomsebenzi ohambisana nawo, okuhlanganisa ukuhlanganisa futhi kuqoqe imibiko evela kulezo zihlolwa.
• Hlela futhi wenze amakhampa okukhuthaza ngazwi zonke izomsebenzi eyedwa.
