Umsebenzi

• Ukuziphendulela ngokusemthethweni: Yamukele ngokusemthethweni isibonelo sokugqashwa i-GMR 2.1 ukuba uhlole konke ukugcinwa kwezinsiza nezidingo zokuphepha njengoba kushiwo imithetho nemiqondo ye-OHS Act.
• Ukwabiwa kwamandla e-Engineering: Phakamisa amazinga okuphepha nokwengcallulo komsebenzi, humelela ephenyweni lezehlelo ezibangelwa ukungaphepheli, yenze ukuhlola okuhlotshaniswa namongo okuphepha, kanye noxhumano no-Department of Employment and Labour abahloli.
• Ukugcinwa kanye nokuLawulwa kwempahla: Yakha, lawula, futhi uhlole amasistimu okugcina ukunakekelwa kokunqandwa, ukulungiswa, nokuqagula imisebenzi ye-Engineering ukuze kuthuthuke isikhathi esidalewe sokusebenza kwesitsha nempahla.
• Ukulawulwa kwamashele kanye nohlelo: Lawula imali ye-Capex nemitshalo yokusebenza, lawula izinsiza zesiza, imisebenzi yokugcinwa kwayo-ke uhlele kokunqamula ukusebenza ukuze kulungiswe.
