Umsebenzi

• Bhala amamodeli we-microsimulation etholakala kwezimali ezingenayo zabantu abangaphansi komthetho (CIT), ezimali ezingenayo zabantu ngabantu (PIT) nakwezinto ezibekiwe inani (VAT): Bhala amamodeli we-microsimulation asekwe kwi-Excel ukuze kulingiswe izinketho zamapholisi we-Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, nakwe-Value Added Tax.
• Yenza ukubuyekeza okuvamile kwamamodeli we-microsimulation.
• Sebenzisa amamodeli we-microsimulation ukuze kubalwe ukuthi iziphakamiso zamapholisi zingaba nomthelela kangakanani kumali ezingenwayo nakokwabiwa kwemali.
• Ukubuyekeza ngokuhamba kweminyaka kokubuyiswa kwemali ngesabelo: Siza iziqondiso zamapholisi ngolwazi nezidingo zeminyakazo ukuze kwenziwe ukubuyekeza kokubuyiswa kwemali ngesabelo, okuhlanganisa nokuqoqa izibalo ezifanele nokusebenzisa izindlela ukuze kwenziwe ukubuyekeza okubalulekile kwezibalo nangokomthelela kwesabelo somthelo.
• Xhuma no-South African Revenue Service (SARS) ukuze kuqoqwe futhi kuqinisekiswe ukunemba nokupheleleka kwemininingwane yomthelo ukuze kwenzeke ukubuyekeza kokubuyiswa kwemali ngesabelo.
• Hlola izibalo ezingashintshiyo zemithelo ukuzuza ukuhlola amapholisi nokubuyekeza.

• Ukulungiselela, ukushicilela kanye nokuthuthukisa isitatimende sezimali ezikhokhwa ngomthelo kanye nokubuyekeza imithelo ngokuhamba kweminyaka (ukushicilelwa kwezibalo zemithelo): Siza ekubhaleni ukubuyekeza imithelo ngokuhamba kweminyaka futhi uqinisekise ukunemba nokupheleleka kwemininingwane.
• Hlanganise izinto ezingenwayo ezivela eqenjini le-Tax Policy kuleso shicilelo.
• Nikeza izinto ezingenwayo ku-South African Revenue Service (SARS) ekubhaleni amatafulela nemidwebo ngezibalo zemali ezingenwayo ngomthelo.
• Yenza ucwaningo ngokushicilelwa kwezimali ezikhokhwayo ngomthelo emazweni aphesheya kanye nezindlela ezinhle zeminyakazo ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukushicilelwa kwamanje e-South Africa.
• Qinisekise izidingo zeminingwane kwezimali ezikhokhwayo ngomthelo ngokubambisene no-SARS.
• Shicilela amatafulela nemidwebo yezibalo sesitatimende sezimali ezikhokhwayo ngomthelo ekuBuyekezeni iNgxowa yeMali ngokuhamba kweminyaka.
• Siza iziqondazo ekubaleni umthelela wezomnotho kanye nomthelela kumali egingenwayo wonke amapholisi wezimali ezahlukene: Nikeza ukuhlola ukuze kubalwe ukuthi amapholisi athile ezimali azobe nomthelela kangakanani kumali engenwayo.
• Chaza futhi uzame ukubaluleka kokulinganiselwa komthelela wezomnotho kumithelo eyahlukene.
• Bhaqa amanothi okuhlola kanye nezibonelo ukuze kuboniswe umthelela kwimali engenwayo nakwezomnotho weziphakamiso ezahlukene zamapholisi.

Effective from 7 April 2021, the National Treasury now utilizes an e-Recruitment System which means all applicants must login/register to apply for positions, we only accept hand delivered/posted applications should an applicant prove that he/she tried to apply via e-Recruitment with no success and the National Treasury ICT unit was unable to assist. Please note: All shortlisted candidates, including the SMS, shall undertake two pre-entry assessments. One will be a practical exercise to determine a candidate’s suitability based on the post’s technical and generic requirements and the other must be an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment. It should be noted that the National Treasury does not support the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any of its recruitment and selection processes and will disqualify an application if it picks up the use of AI when completing assessments without acknowledging the source of information. Successful completion of the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government, available as an online course on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/, prior to finalisation of appointment, is a requirement for all SMS positions. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. All qualifications, criminal and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on all short-listed candidates and, where applicable, additional checks will be conducted in line with the new DPSA Directive effective 01 April 2024.
