• Injongo yesikhundla ukuphatha futhi kudale indawo enika amandla i-dijithali, inqubo yomthethosisekelo nezinguquko ezinguqulayo ezihle zokuphatha ukulethwa kwezinsizakalo ze-theknoloji ehlakanywe kabusha, ucwaningo lolwazi bokulawula i-AI ngokuvumelana nezinhloso ezihleliwe zomnyango.
• Owayindaba angaphatha futhi aqonde ekuthuthukisweni nasekusetshenzisweni kwezinhlelo zomthetho namasu e-theknoloji ehlakanywe kabusha noma i-AI ukuqonda okuhlakaniphile, ukuthuthukiswa kwamabhizinisi, nokuqhuba inqubo yokukhula kwezomnotho kwisimiso se-dijithali.
• Kufanele kwenziwe ucwaningo nokuqoqa lolwazi mayelana ne-theknoloji ephumayo, izinkomba zamanje kanye namasu wobuchwepheshe bokuqonda ukuthatha izinqumo ezihle, nokwengeza ukuhlakaniphile ekukhiqizeni inqubo ye-theknoloji nakuqoqoqo oluhlobene nayo.
• Kufanele kuwiswe imali ku-cwaningo futhi sikhuthazwe ekuthuthukisweni (R&D), sibheke ukutholwa noma ukuhlelelwa nezinye izimiso noma izinhlela zokuxhasa inkampani entsha ukuyixhasa futhi sikhuthaze izinhlelo ezibhekene nobuchule obuhlakaniphile.

• Okuyindaba nje kufanele kuqondwe ukuxhaswa kwama-ICT nokubolekwa ngamandla nokuqashelwa okukhulisa amandla okuhlola kanye nobuciko empilweni yakho nabantu bakhona, kube nomthelela ekubukeni ukuxazulula izinkinga nasezinsizakalweni ezinikelwa abantu.
