• Isitifiketi se-Matric/Grade12 kahle nge-National Diploma yeminyaka engu-3 evunyiwe noma i-Degree kwi-Financial Management/Accounting noma noma yisiphi esinye isidingo esihambisana nalokhu.
• Kufanele ube nopilo lokuqasha olungu-2 kuya kwengu-3 emisebenzini ehambisana nemisebenzi yamabusari / imali yokwesekwa.
• Kufanele ukwazi ukusebenza ngobuchwepheshe bekhompyutha.
• Kufanele ube namalayisensi okushayela ahambisana nemigomo.
• Ikhono, ulwazi, nemakhono: Kufanele ube ulwazi oluyisisekelo nokuqonda okuhambisana nemisebenzi yezimali, imikhakha yokuqashwa kanye nethonya elokhu lokugcina idatha, ukusebenzisa ikhompyutha kanye nokuqoqa izibalo zezimali.
• Ulwazi ngemithetho yezimali yomphakathi, inqubo nemikhawulo ye-Treasury Regulations (i-PFMA, imikhawulo ye-NSFAS kanye nemikhakha kanye nemigomo yokuqashwa kwezimali).

• Hlela izinhlela zamasidi yezifundi nemisebenzi yomculo ongemuva kwezimali enkampusini.
• Phatha inqubo yokuqasha amasidi kanye nesicelo sezimali zokwesekwa ezinkampusini ngokuhambisana nemikhawulo ye-NSFAS, isivumelwano sabanikazi bemali/SLA kanye namapholisi.
• Hlola izicelo ezimali zokwesekwa.
• Hlaziya izifundi ezifakiwe ngokwesikhashana e-NSFAS.
• Hlela imvume yokwabelwa ngemali.
• Phathisa eminye imikhakha yesimali yokwesekwa.
• Bika ngawo onke amabalwa amasidi nezimali zokwesekwa komkhandlu wezimali zokwesekwa kanye nabanye abahlolisiso.
• Layisha ngokushesha wonke amasidi ezifundi ephathelwa ne-NSFAS portal kufaka phakathi ukuthumela noma yisiphi isiqikizi esingaphezulu/izibhamu ezidingwa yi-NSFAS ukuze kwenziwe ngempumelelo wonke izicelo.
• Ukuhambisana kwedatha elayishiwe e-NSFAS, ne-Pastel kanye ne-Coltech nyanga zonke kufaka phakathi ukulandela wonke amaphoyisa aphuma phandle.
