• Ukuthuthukiswa kwesicelo samaphulo, izindaba zebhizinisi kanye nezinhlelo zokuphumelela kwamasu abhiselwe.
• Ukwenza kube lula ukusungula kanye nokuqinisa ubuvelwano nomkhakha wezimboni, kahulumeni kanye namahlela ahlobene.
• Ukuhlola amathuba okukhiqiza iphephelo naso ukufunda okuhleliwe kumsebenzi.
• Ukulungiselela ukudluliswa kwemitjhado, iziphakamiso zemali yokusekela kanye nemibiko ohlelweni le-DHET namanye bamlwebhasi.
