• Izindingo: Isiqu somatikuletini esingaphansi kwesikhundla seNQF level 7 kwezEmpilo;
• Plus idiploma noma ibanga kwi-management yezempilo noma ibanga/diploma kwi-general management.
• Plus A minimum of Five (5) years at a middle/senior managerial level in Public Health Care environment Plus Unendorsed valid driver’s license.
• Kubalulekile ukwazi kusebenzisa ikhomphyutha ngokuthanda ukuqonda ukusebenzisa i-software ye-Microsoft.

• Phendula ngaphansi kwezinhlelo ezicwelisiwe mayelana nokunikezwa kwamasevisi ezempilo ESifundeni.
• Hlanganisa futhi uhlole izinqubo zokuqamba phambili izinhlelo zokunikezwa amasevisi ezempilo kanye nokwabelwa kwemithombo ezingelayo phakathi kwemifuhlakhaya yezempilo ESifundeni, nakuba kunyusa ukulingana ekunikezweni amasevisi.
• Lawula futhi uhlola ukunikezwa amasevisi ezempilo ngaphakathi kwesifunda, tshola izindawo ezibhekene nobungozi futhi uhlole ngokushesha ukuthathwa kwesinyathelo esilungile lapho kudingeka khona.
• Nikeza ukusekelwa okujwayelekile kokuhlinzwa kanye namanye amasevisi okusekela Izikhungweni.
• Qinisekisa ukuthuthukiswa kwekhasimende elihle nelemizwa yamalungelo abantu abasebenza ngempi lo yezempilo kuzo zonke izinga.
• Tshola ubuvalwe bokunikezwa amasevisi ezempilo obungahlanganiswa kahle kwiZikhungo nangesabelo, futhi udloze abadinga ukungenelela ezingeni lesiFundazwe.
• Hlolela inqubo yokuqinisekisa ukufinyeleleka okujwayelekile kwamasevisi ezempilo (NHI) ESifundeni sezempilo i-Uthukela.
• Bukela futhi uhlanganise ukunikezwa amasevisi e- Emergency Medical Services (EMS) kanye ne- Forensic Pathology Services (FPS) esifundeni sonke.
• Sebenzisa izinqubo ezinhle zokuphatha, ukusobala, kanye nobuzwe.
• Gcina wonke amasevisi ezempilo emphakathini esifundeni athambele ukufinyelela nokugcina ukuhlolwa okuhlanzekile.
• Uxhaswe ngokunikeza ubuhholo obuhlelekile kanye noku lawula ngokupheleleyo onke amasevisi ezempilo ngaphakathi kwesifunda.
• Qinisekisa ukunikezwa kwezempilo ezingena ngekhwalithi ephezulu, elinganayo, futhi egxile kumuntu esifundeni sonke, ngokuqhuba ukuzinza, ukusebenza ngempumelelo, kanye nokuthuthuka ngokungaluleki.
• Lawula ngempumelelo futhi uvuselele ngokupheleleyo onke amthombo osemadolobheni wakho, okuhlanganisa izimpahla zomzimba, kanye neteknoloji, ukuze uqinisekise ukusebenza ngempumelelo, ukubophezela, kanye nokuba namphumela aphezulu ekunikezweni amasevisi.

• Qinisekisa ukuba ukulungele ukuya kokuhlola, ukuhlolwa, kanye nokuhlolwa kwekhwalithi kwawo wonke amafasilitiwezempilo emphakathi esifundeni.
• Khuthaza isiko elihle le nhlangano esifundeni.
• Qaphela, fundisa, futhi uthuthukise iqembu lomphakathi wezempilo ukuze uqinisekise ukusebenza ngamandla aphezulu, ukuthuthuka okungaluleki, kanye nokuzinza kwemikhawulo.
