Izidingo

Umsebenzi

• Yakha uphuhlise imigangatho yokuphathwa kokubhaliswa kwemikhono e-INDLELA, ukuze kube nokulawula kwamaphepha okubhaliswa nokugcina amarekhodi, ukwakheka kwawo nokukhuluma ngamaphuzu abalulekile okusuka kokuhlolwa kwemikhono.
• Lokhu kufaka: Ukulawula imigangatho yokuqondisa yokubhalisa abantu abayofunda imikhono yokuhlolwa kwaye kubandakanye nendlela yokuhlawula nendlela yohlelo lokuhlolwa kwemikhono ngokuhambisana nomthethonqobo wokuqondisa imikhono nokuhlolwa kwemikhono;

• Qiniseka ukuthi kubekho imigangatho yokuphatha ubungozi okuhambisana nesigaba somthethonqobo olungeleleni, ukuze kugqamise imigangatho yokuqondisa izinhlelo zokulawula ubungozi ngokusho kwemibiko evela eqoqongweni ngaphakathi kweqembu lokuqondisa imali yomphakathi;
• Isibonakaliso sokuzenzakalelayo sokungenisa izimali eqoqweni lomthethonqubo we-2024-25 MTEF nokuphinda kuhlelwe ngokokuqediwe i-Estimated National Expenditure (ENE) nakwindlela yokuqondiswa kokugqitshwa kwemali eshiwo ku-Adjusted Estimates of National Expenditure (AENE) qoqa yonke imininingo ye-ENE ejwayelekile mayelana nokubhaliswa kwemikhono emikhulu emikhulu ekuleTHU;
• Kwenze wonke amaphepha abalulekile afakwe eqoqongweni leqembu lokulinga imikhono;
• Qaphela kwaye uqinisekise ukuthi imithethonqubo yezinkonzo ezithile e-INDLELA ilandwa ngokufanelekile ngokwendlela oqondise ngayo ukuze uhlele nangendlela oqondise ngayo izinto ezibalulekile ekwenzeni imisebenzi okufanele igqitshwe ngayo e-INDLELA.
