• Ukweseka ukulawula nokugqabaza izimiso nezimiso ezincane zekolishi ngokuhlobene nokwamukelwa kwabafundi nokuphathwa kokubhaliswa, kanye nokubika imininingwane;
• Ukuqinisekisa ukwesekwa nokulawula ukuqedwa kweNational Improvement Plan yokufundisa nokufunda kwii-TVET Colleges.
• Ukuqinisekisa ukulawula nokuhlola ukuqoqa nokuphathwa kwemininingwane elifaneleko;
• Ukunikeza isandla sokulawula ekuphathweni nokubusamngqongongqongweni kwamaphoyinti we-TVET Colleges Ukwenza ukuvakatshela kolawula kumakhaya okuhlola, ukunikeza izeluleko koomnyango ngendaba ezihlobene nezinhlelo;
• Ikharijhulamu nokuhothwa kwabafundi kwii-TVET Colleges.
• Ukuba lilungu leKomidi elihlanganisa iKarijhulamu yoMbuso.
• Ukunikeza ukwesekwa kwi-public CET College ngamaphoyinti ahlobene nezingqungqubana zomsebenzi, ukuphathwa koshintsho, nokuqedwa kwe-IQMS kanye ne-PMDS.
• Ukuqinisekisa ukuhambisana noMthetho wokuQeqeshwa koMphakathi nendlela zonke ezihlobene nokuphathwa.
• Ukusekela uMphathi ekuphathweni koMnyango okuhlanganosa ukusiza ngokuqamba, imali yokusebenza, nokuphathwa kwabantu emkhakheni womsebenzi. A.B.

Upload the supporting document namely, (1) a comprehensive CV and any other document (where required). A fully completed and signed Z83 form and a detailed Curriculum Vitae will be considered. A helpful user guide and videos are available on the DHET website careers page to enable completion of the digital Z83. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity.One of the minimum entry requirements for the SMS position is the Pre-entry Certificate.
