Isikhundla somqondisi omncane: ukuThuthukiswa koMthetho kuncedisa oMasipala ngokuthuthukiswa kanye nokubuyekeza imithetho kahulumeni wasekhaya, kudinga isiqu sokuphatha emphakathini noma uMthetho nalava yezinto emagatsheni aphakathi.

Izidingo

• I Diploma yeSizwe yeminyaka engu-3 efanele/B-Degree (iziqu ezilingana noma ezindawo eziphezulu) ezochweni loMphathi Kahulumeni noma uMthetho;
• Ulwazi oluncane lweminyaka engu-3 ekuphatheni endaweni ephakathi nendawo.

Umsebenzi

• Ukusekela oMasipala ekuthuthukiseni, ukubuyekezeni kanye/noma ukuphetheniswa kolwemitsetfo kahulumeni wasekhaya kanye nemithetho yesiqu;
• Ukuthuthukisa izimemezelo ezimalunga neMithetho yeSizwe, iMithetho yePhondo, amapholisi kanye/noma ukuhlelwa kolwemitsetfo;
• Ukuthuthukisa kanye nokulungisa uMthetho wePhondo, ukuhintiha izindaba ezimalunga nemibandela emihlela komkhandlu;
• Ukunikeza ineluleko mayelana noMthetho kanye nokweseka ukuphethwa kwemibhalo yomthetho yeMEC ohlela kahulumeni wasekhaya;
• Ukunikeza amandla kanye nokuhlolisa abahleli bomkhandlu noma/noma abasebenzi bomasipala;
• Ukugada ukuphethwa kwezinhlelo zokuphulukisa izimali;
• Ukuhlela kanye nokuqasisa imisebenzi kanye ne ACCOUNTABILITY yemvelo yonke yokusebenza okuncane ngaphakathi kwalolu hlelo;
• Ukuphatha abantu;
• Ukuphatha imali;
• Ukuphatha i Strategic Management.
