• Akwake ayekwazi ukuxhumana nabafundi, abazali nakubasebenzi besikole.
• Siza abafundi ekulayishweni okuphephile nasekulayishweni kwabo phansi.
• Yazisa basebenzi besikole nabazali ngemikhawulo ukuze kugcinwe izindlela ezifanele.
• Yenza ukuhlola ngaphambi kokuhamba nangemva kokuhamba.
• Qaphasisa abafundi ngesikhathi behamba ngenjongo yokugcina ukuphepha nokulandela izinqubomgomo ze-Department.
• Yenza ukuhlola kokuphepha nokusebenza kwesimoto ekiwe yonke imihla.
• Bika ukulungiswa kwemishini okudingeka lapho kunesidingo.
