Umsebenzi

• Ukuhlela, ukubaqondisa, ukuhlanganisa futhi kuphathe ukulethwa okusebenzayo nokuqondile kwemisebenzi yezempilo / yezokwelapha kanye nosekelo ololawulo esibhedlela ngaphakathi kwesakhiwo sezomthetho esikhona ngokusebenza ndawonye nenqola yabantu abaphathi ababalulekile esibhedlela, ukumela isibhedlela ngokugcwele emikhakheni yesifundazwe kanye nabezomphakathi, ukunikeza ubuholi bokuhlela ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle kwemisebenzi ngaphakathi kwesikhungo sezempilo ukuze kuthuthukiswe izimpumputheko zezempilo.
• Ukuhlela Okuhlelekile: Lungiselela icebo elihlelekile lesibhedlela ukuze kuqiniseke ukuthi lihambisana nokuhlela kwamaphuzu ayi-10, amaphulu wezwe, wesifundazwe, wesifunda nakomasipala.
• Ukugcina Imali: Khulisa inkomithi ngokuqoqa wonke umholo ofanele isibhedlela, qinisekisa ukuthi kunemithetho yomsebenzi, izinhlelo kanye nendlela yokwenza ezanele ukwenza kube lula ukuphathwa okuhlakaniphile kwemithombo yemali, ukuhlela ukutholakala kwemithombo yemali, ukubuka nokuhlola kanye nokuphathwa kwemitshinalo kanye nokulawula ingozi.
• Ukuphathwa Kwesikhungo: Qinisekisa ukusekelwa kwezomabhizinisi kanye nezinhlelo ukukhuthaza ukuphathwa okufanele kwesikhungo kanye nokulethwa okufanele kwemisebenzi, qinisekisa ukuthi kunamaphulani nezindlela zokwenza ukuze kuqiniseke ukuhlela kanye nolondolozo lwesikhathi esifanele kwemisebenzi kanye nemishini.
• Ukuphathwa Kwabasebenzi: Bumba, faka esikhathini futhi ulondoloze imithetho yokuphathwa kwabasebenzi kanye nezimiso, izinhlelo kanye nezindlela zokwenza ezizoqinisekisa ukusetshenziswa okusebenzayo nokuqondile kwabasebenzi, khuthaza indawo yokusebenza ephephile enempilo ngokuhambisana nomthetho ofanele ohlanganisa amakomidi ezempilo nokuphepha kwabasebenzi.
• Qinisekisa ukuthuthukiswa ngokuqhubekayo kanye nokwesekwa ngemfundiso yabasebenzi bese kufakwa ukubuka nokuhlola ukwenza umsebenzi.
• Ukuthenga Nokuphathwa Kwemishini Kwezinsiza: Faka ohlelweni ukuthenga kanye nokuhlinzwa ngemiyalo okulungiwe, lula ukubonwa, lwa khwise futhi luncane izinketho ngokusho kwesigaba sokwesekwa esifundazweni futhi huhambisana ne-PFMA, qinisekisa ukuthi impahla nezinsiza zithengwa ngendlela ebiza kancane ngesikhathi esifanele.
• Ukuhlonza kanye Nokolawula Izindaba Zomphakathi Nabamninimai: Buka ukubusa kwezempilo ukuze kuqinisekiswe izinga eliphezulu lokunakekelwa kwesiguli, sake izinkundla zomphakathi bese ukubika kwi-Hospital Board.
• Uxanduva lokubusa kwesikhungo okuhlanganisa ukuhlela nolondolozo lwezinto ezenziwayo kanye nokuphepha kwabasebenzi, phatha ingozi yesikhungo ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukufeza okufanele kwempumputheko yezempilo, ukuthuthukiswa kanye nokwesekwa ngemfundiso yabasebenzi bese kufakwa ukubuka nokuhlola ukwenza umsebenzi.
• Ukuthenga Nokuphathwa Kwemishini Kwezinsiza: Faka isimiso sokuthenga nokuhlinza esimnyama, esibonakalayo, esikhuphukelwayo futhi esibiza kancane ngokusho kwesigaba sokwesekwa esifundazweni esihambisana ne-PFMA, nezimiso zoMgwago wokuqashwa kwezinsiza;
• Qinisekisa ukuthi impahla nezinsiza zithengwa ngendlela ebiza kancane nangaleso sikhathi esifanele;
• Qinisekisa ukuphathwa kwamakontrakti okuhle kwezinsiza zazo zonke izinsiza eziqashiwe.
