Izidingo

• I-Degree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) kwi-Office Management and Technology noma i-Public Management noma i-Qualification ehlobene eqashwe i-SAQA. 1-2 years’ work experience in Administration environment.
• A Valid Driver’s Licence Knowledge: Knowledge of office administration, Knowledge of Public Service legislations and policies, Knowledge and understanding of the TVET/CET Administration, Understanding of the Higher Education sector, Understanding Cost centre budgetary, expenditure and cash flow management Employment Equity Act, Public Service Regulations and Public Service Act, Public Financial Management Act, Batho Pele Principles and any other related legislation Skills: Planning and organizing, Financial management, Report writing, Communication and interpersonal, Problem solving, Computer literacy, Analytical, Client oriented, Project management, Team leadership, Planning and organizing, People management.

• Nikela ngezenzo zokusekela ezibuseshayini;
• Hlola uhlelo lokubhaliswa kwabafundi kwesikhungo kokubili i-NCV nereport 191, Qoqa ulwazi lomnyango futhi uhlakaze ingxoxo ye-A-TEAM kanye noMphathi Wesikhungo, Lungiselela imibiko, imibukiso, kwezinye izincwadi ezihambisanayo.
• Hlela izingqungquthela, izinkulumompikiswano, imikhakha yokusebenza kwezinye izikhathi njengoba kudingeka, Nikeza ezinye izinsizakusekela zabosekela kumphathi wesikhungo, Phatha futhi uhlanganise izinsiza zabasebenzi, Hlanganisa amafomu ehholo uhumeleko futhi uwathumele kwehhovisi elikhulu.
• Hlanganisa amadokhumenti we-PMDS uwathumele kwehhovisi elikhulu, Hlanganisa wona amadokhumenti ahlobene namacala ohukuva futhi aphathelene nokuqubula.
• Xhuma ulandule futhi uxazule konke ukuphakamisana mayelana nolawulo wabasebenzi nezinkinga eziphuma kubasebenzi besikhungo, Gcina irekhodi yolawulo wabasebenzi, Qaphela irejista yokubakho emsebenzini yabasebenzi.
• Hlanganisa ukuhlanganiswa kwamarejista wemisebenzi futhi uhlawule abafundisi ngesikhathi esigcwele, Sekela ukusetshenziswa, kohlelo lwempilo yabasebenzi esikhungweni, Nikeza ngesevisi yokuthenga;
