• Ulwazi: Ulwazi olubonwe lwesikhungo sabantu wonke, Ulwazi ngemvelaphi yendawo ye TVET, ulwazi loluqinisekisiwe lwe psychology, Isizinda sokufundisa, ingqikithi yezinkonzo zabantu wonke, umthetho wezinkonzo zabantu wonke, imithetho elawula izinkonzo zabantu wonke, umthetho wokuphatfha kwezinkonzo zabantu wonke, imithetho ye Treasury, Imigomo ye Batho Pele.

• Hlinzeka ngemisebenzi yokuxhumana nabafundi esikhungweni.
• Hola abafundi futhi balungiselele umgwinqo wemisebenzi yabo.
• Phatha ukwamukelwa kwabafundi esikhungweni.
• Nikeza ngokwesekela komphakathi abafundi ngokuxhumana phakathi kwezimalungana nabantu.
• Lungiselela imibiko yesonto nezinyanga.
• Siza abafundi noma nini lapho kudingeka khona.
• Siza ngenhleleleko yezifundo ezibalulekile zamafundi ahlongeziwe.
• Hola abafundi ukuthi bathathe izinqumo ezifanele futhi bathuthukise ukusebenza kwabo.
• Qinisekisa ukuthi ku khona ukuqonda okuphelele kanye nokuwazi ngengozi yengculaza kubafundi.
• Ziphathe kahle izindaba zabafundi ezengezelwe ezomnotho kuhlanganise izingididi kanye nezinye izindaba ezibalulekile.
• Khuthaza ukuhamba okuvamile kwabafundi futhi ulawule irekhidi lokuhamba.
