• Okungenani iminyaka eyihlanu (5) yomlando ongaphambili kumele ube ngumlando ofanele/ovunyelwe kwi-Orthopaedic Nursing Science emva kokuthola isifundo se-post-basic.
• Ulwazi, Amakhono ukuqeqeshwa Namandla Adingekayo: Ukuqonda okujulile komthetho wezokwelapha, izimiso zokuziphatha kwezokwelapha kanye nokusebenza ngobungcweti.

• Hlela, bumba izinhlelo, hlanganisa futhi ulawule imisebenzi yokwelapha ngaphakathi kwi-Orthopaedic Unit ukuze kuqinisekiswe ukunakekelwa kwengcono komuntu ofuywe esibhedlela.
• Qaphesisize futhi useke abasebenzi bezokwelapha futhi uqinisekise ukuthi balandela amapholisi, amaphrothokholi kanye nemigomo yokunakekelwa.
• Qinisekisa ukuphathwa okuhle kanye nokusetshenziswa kwabantu, imali kanye nezinsiza zomzimba ngaphakathi kwesikhungo.
• Lawula ukwabiwa kwabasebenzi, amadikhedu wabasebenzi, ukuhlela ukukhishwa emsebenzini, ukuphatha iqophelo kanye nentuthuko yabasebenzi.
