Operasionele bestuurder verpleging pos wat spesialiseer in ortopedie by Prince Mshiyeni Memorial Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal, wat SANC-registrasie en 'n postbasiese ortopediese kwalifikasie vereis.

Vereistes

  • Professional Nurse Graad 1 Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.i.
  • Diploma/ Graad in Algemene Verpleging) wat registrasie by die Suid-Afrikaanse Verpleegraad (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige moontlik maak. 'n Postbasiese kwalifikasie in Orthopaedic Nursing Science, met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar, geakkrediteer by die SANC.
  • Sertifikate van Registrasie by die SANC (Algemene Verpleging).
  • Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026). 'n Minimum van nege (9) jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging ná registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
  • Ten minste vyf (5) jaar van bogenoemde ervaring moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in Orthopaedic Nursing Science wees ná verkryging van die postbasiese kwalifikasie.
  • Kennis, Vaardighede, Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Diepgaande kennis van verpleegwetgewing, verplegetiek en professionele praktyk.
  • Kennis van relevante wetgewing en beleide insluitend die Nursing Act, National Health Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Labour Relations Act, Public Service Regulations, Batho Pele-beginsels, Patients' Rights Charter en relevante Department of Health-beleide.
  • Deeglike kennis van standaarde, protokolle en kliniese riglyne vir Ortopediese Verpleging.
  • Leierskap, toesighoudende, beplannings-, organisatoriese en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
  • Vermoë om menslike, finansiële en materiële hulpbronne effektief te bestuur.
  • Goeie kommunikasie-, interpersoonlike, konflikbestuurs- en verslagskryfvaardighede.
  • Kennis van Menslike Hulpbronbestuur, Arbeidsverhoudinge en Prestasiebestuurstelsels.
  • Rekenaarvaardigheid in Microsoft Office-toepassings.
  • Vermoë om doeltreffend binne 'n multidissiplinêre spanomgewing te werk.

Pligte

  • Verskaf leierskap en verseker die verskaffing van optimale, holistiese gespesialiseerde ortopediese verpleegsorg binne 'n professionele en regskader.
  • Beplan, organiseer, koördineer en monitor verpleegaktiwiteite binne die Orthopaedic Unit om gehalte pasiëntsorg te verseker.
  • Superviseer en ondersteun verpleegpersoneel en verseker voldoening aan beleide, protokolle en standaarde van sorg.
  • Verseker effektiewe bestuur en benutting van menslike, finansiële en materiële hulpbronne binne die eenheid.
  • Bestuur personeeltoewysing, diensroosters, verlofbeplanning, prestasiebestuur en personeelontwikkeling.
  • Monitor en bevorder infeksievoorkoming en beheerpraktyke, pasiëntveiligheid en gehalteverbeteringsinisiatiewe.
  • Verseker beskikbaarheid, instandhouding en behoorlike benutting van toerusting en voorrade.
  • Monitor implementering van kliniese bestuursprogramme en gehalteversekeringsstandaarde.
  • Koördineer en fasiliteer oriëntasie, in-diens opleiding, mentorskap en deurlopende professionele ontwikkeling van personeel.
  • Neem deel aan navorsingsaktiwiteite en bevend bewysgebaseerde verpleegpraktyk.
  • Stel verslae, statistieke en ander inligting op en dien dit in soos vereis.
  • Beveld en handhaaf Batho Pele-beginsels en die Handves vir Pasiënte se Regte.
  • Werk saam met multidissiplinêre spanne om doeltreffende, koste-effektiewe en billike dienslewering te verseker.
  • Handhaaf professionele groei, etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
  • NB: Kandidate moet bereid wees om verlengde ure, naweke, openbare vakansiedae te werk en buite-ure bestuurspligte te verrig wanneer deur die diens vereis.
