Isikhundla Sokusekelela Umlando kumnyango we-Department of the Premier, Western Cape, okuphatha izalathiselo, amanqolobane, nokuxhumana nabantu abashintshiwe.

Izidingo

  • Iziqu elifanele ku-NQF level 6 ekholwa yi-SAQA;
  • Ubunye obunzima obungu-1-2 iminyaka yesipiliyoni esebenzayo kumnyango.
  • Ikhono lokusebenza: Ulwazi oluqinisekile lomsebenzi ogenerali we-ofisi;
  • Ulwazi oluqinisekile lokuthola indlela nokusebenzisa i-database nokuthathe ulwazi;
  • Ulwazi oluqinisekile lomsebenzi weprojekthi;
  • Ulwazi oluqinisekile zokugcinilizali zemithetho, imithetho, izinqubo nokunqunywa komthetho;

Umsebenzi

  • Ukubhala izalathiselo, amaleta kanye noxhumano: Bhala izincomo, izibuyekezo, kanye noxhumano olusemnyangweni, njengoba kudingekile;
  • Xhumana nabantu abashintshiwe mayelana nezikhathi eziyisisekelo somsebenzi, njengoba kudingekile;
  • Nikeza iseluleko kanye nokugida ngendlela nokugcina izalathiselo osemthethweni salomunyango.
  • Izinqubo zokuphatha amanqolobane: Yiba isiseko kanye nikeza imiphumela yokwakha, ukunwetshwa kanye nokusebenzisa izinqubo zokuphatha amanqolobane ukuze kuthuthuke umsebenzi kanye nokukhanya kwesibuko;
  • Nika isiqondiso kanye nokulungiselela amuntu abashintshiwe ukuze bathathe indlela entsha kanye nokukhanya kwesibuko sokusebenzisa izinqubo;
  • Landelela usuku lokuvala kanye nezikhathi ezikhipha, kanye nokuthuma isikhathi esinengqondo kubantu abashintshiwe.
  • Ukulungiselela iprojekthi / okumthetho okuqinile: Nikeza usekelo lokuphatha amanqolobane ngokubhekisele ku-iprojekthi, okuhlanganisa;
  • Ukulungiselela imali (imikhela yobukhosi, ukunakekela imithombo, ukuthengisa, ukugcinilizali/ukuphathwa kwesivumelwano, kanye nokuphakamisela);
  • Ukuletha kanye ne-secretariat (ukulungiselela umkosi weprojekthi, izifinyezo, indawo, ukuphakela, ubhalo wesinqumo);
  • Ukugcinilizali kanye nokufowunu kwemisebenzi yeprojekthi;
  • Okuqinile kwabantu abashintshiwe, uxhumano kanye noxhumano.
  • Ukugcinilizali: Qinisekisa ukuthi amanqolobane agciniwe kahle nokufanele angcine umsebenzi womunyango, ehlanganisa;
  • Ukugcina irejisite;
  • Ukuskena kanye nokufakela izalathiselo (amanqolobane, erekhodhi ekuseni, njengoba kudingekile);
  • Ukubekela imibandela eyavunyelwe yemunyango;
  • Uxhumano nokubhalisa ukuthola izifo kanye nokuzibuyisa.
  • Ukulungiselela abantu abashintshiwe abanqunyiwe: Gcina kanye nokusondeza kaningizana irejisite eyenziwe abantu;
  • Nikeza usekelo lokuphatha amanqolobane ezinqubweni zokuphatha abantu, njenge-recruitment kanye nokukhethwa, ukulawula umsebenzi, ukuhlela isikhathi sokuphumula, njalonjalo;
  • Jikelele imibuzo kanye nikeza iseluleko emuva komthetho ogenerali kanye nokuphakamisa umuntu kubantu.
  • Nikeza usekelo lokuphatha amanqolobane okubhekisele ku-database kanye nokuphatha ulwazi: Faka ulwazi kanye nedatha kuisistemu kanye ne-database ngenqubo eqondile;
  • Yenza ukushanyelela ku-database;
  • Bunza izibuyekezo ngokusekelwe kudatha kanye nolwazi njengoba kudingekile;
  • Qinisekisa ukunqunywa kwalwa datha, izitatisti, kanye nolwazi;
  • Yenza ukunakekela okuvamile ukuqinisekisa ukuqhubeka kaqinile kwalwa datha kuisistemu kanye ne-database.
  • Nikeza izinkonzo ze-logistics kanye ne-secretariat: Lungiselela imikhosi yepiyani, imikosi, amajubajuba, kanye neminye imisele, njengoba kudingekile, ehlanganisa: Ukulweliselwa kanye nokulala kwezigwembu;
  • Indawo kanye nokudla;
  • Ukubhala izincomo ukuthola umvumi otholakele; kanye nikeza isikhungo kanye nosekelo kubantu abashintshiwe ngokubhekisele ku-Subsistence kanye ne-Travel (S&T) imibuzo;
  • Bhala kanye nosasaze izifinyezo;
  • Thumela ukubekelwa kanye ulandelele abadlali;
  • Hyela imikosi, thatha izinqumo (mabingelezane), kanye sosasaze kubantu abashintshiwe;
  • Landelela imimsele ecishe kuvelele kanye nokubuyisela isikhathi;
  • Melela usibuko kumikhosi, njengoba kudingekile.
  • Nikeza usekelo lokulumiselela imali esomunyango: Lungiselela ulwazi lwe-Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) yobukhosi epulani;
  • Bunza kanye nambale imali yonhlalakahle emodeli yezibuyekezo ngenyanga;
  • Kugcwalisa kanye kunye neminye amafomu omali kumakanali e-Supply Chain Management (SCM);
  • Nikeza SCM usekelo kumakomidi amaningi e-Bid, njengoba kudingekile;
  • Thumela okukhawuleza, isimo sokwanele, okungasebenzeli kanye okungekuliswa ukubikezela okungasekho kuphla lokutengisa;
  • Nikeza ukugcinilizali kanye nokuphatha imali okubhekisele kusivumelwano;
  • Qinisekisa ukuthi izinto ezitholwe zekulangana nezikhwama ngokubhekisele nengcindezi kanye nenani;
  • Lungiselela kanye kuthumela ukutengisa okusisele;
  • Yenza imisebenzi yokulawula isakhiwo somunyango kanye nonukeleza urejisite wezakhiwo;
  • Nikeza usekelo kubantu abashintshiwe ngetimu lokuphakamisela nokulahleka kanye nogcina kunqandene ne-Internal Control.
