Isisebenzi Senkosi Yezokuphekelela Intlanzi e-Constitutional Court owenza ukuhlola nokusebenzisa izinhlelo zokuvikela i-Judiciary.

- Okukusekhayeni amanyaka amathathu (3) owomsebenzane leningi, okwemezi emibili (2) kufanele kube esikhungweni se-Security Supervisor.
- I-lisense yomshayeli evumelekile, i-sertifiketi evumelekile ye-Grade 'A' ye-Private Security Industry Regulations Authority (PSIRA) elungile.
- Bonke abaceli abakhuletshwe oluhlu kufanele bazenzele umsebenzi wokuhlola ofakwe ngaphandle ngokungenani njengengxenye yendlela yokuvavanya ukuqonda ukuthi umceli unelungelo ngenxa kwemithetho nemithetho ye-Technical kanye ne-Generic yesikhundla.
- Amakhono ne-Competencies: Ulwazi lwe-Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act, izinhlelo zokungena emuva kophumela, izinkosi zezokuphekelela intlanzi, izindlela ezigcinwe zokuphekelela intlanzi (kubalwa i-MISS, i-NISA kanye ne-Protection of Information Act), izindlela zokubheka izikhathi zokungqubuzelo, ukulawula izakhi nomthwalo kanye nemigingi ye-Batho Pele.
- Unolwazi lwomuntu ngezinjini zokubalisa, ukuxoxa okuhle, amanhlu enombolo, ukunaka, ukusikhathi, isikhathi sokusebenza, ukuxazulula izinkinga kanye nokuhlaziya, ukuplan, isikhathi sokuvinyelela, ukunakekela umsebenzi, ikhono lokusebenza ngokuzenzela kanye nokusebenza abantu abaningi, ubuhle ngabumnandi, isikhathi esinezinhlelo, ukubheka, ubuwena kanye nobwenzi.
Umsebenzi
- Ukwenza ukuhlola okuvaliwe yezokuphekelela intlanzi, ukubika izinto ezenzeka eziphambene nokuphekelela intlanzi, nokusebenzisa izinhlelo zokuvikela i-Judiciary, ababantu basicelo sebhelo, izinhlaka kanye nezimpahla.
- Ukuxhumana nabeluleki bomthetho kanye nothwali lokulaphi lokuphekelela intlanzi ngokuhlola kwazo, ukulalela imbonakaliso kanye nokwephazamiswa kogesi.
- Ukulungiselela ukusetshenziswa kwezokuphekelela intlanzi ngawo onke amaxesha okuvakashele okunewadi kanye nokuphikisana kwamaxesha aphakeme kwesicelo.
- Ukuthola kanye nokuhlola ingozi yezokuphekelela intlanzi, ukwenza amakwesiselo ebugciwane nobugciwane, kanye nokusebenzisa izinhlelo zokuqonda ngciwane.
- Ukuqinisekisa ubuhle bokuhlinzeka nge-security services, kubalwa izikhungo zokuthola izinto ezibi, uhlolo lwezinto ezenzeka kanye nokunika umthetho wegciwane olube asusula.
- Ukunakekela uphethe lwele lokudlula, kubanda ukulawula igumbi lokungena, ukulindelela i-CCTV, ubiko lwezinto ezenzeka, ukubuyeza i-footage, kanye nokushintshanisa irejeusta yezokuphekelela intlanzi.
- Ukulawula abasebenzi babahlakani bokuphekelela intlanzi ngokubika amandla okusebenza, ukuvimba, ukusebenza, amajaji, izikhungo, kanye nokufumanela izidingo ze-Occupational Health and Safety.
- Ukuqinisekisa ukuthwala i-departmental policies, izindlela zokusebenza kanye nemigomo yemisebenzi ngabasebenzane ngakho nangabasebenzane abalinganiselwa.

The Organisation will give preference to candidates in line with the Employment Equity goals. Selection panels shall score both technical exercises as an additional criterion in the interview process. All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical exercise and interview. Following the technical exercise and interview, a maximum of three (3) SMS candidates will undergo psychometric assessments to assess cognitive capabilities, behavioural preferences, emotional intelligence, and integrity. Applicants could be required to provide consent for access to their social media accounts. Prior to appointment for SMS, a candidate would be required to complete the Nyukela Programme: Pre-entry Certificate to Senior Management Services as endorsed by DPSA which is an online course, endorsed by the National School of Government (NSG). The course is available at the NSG under the name Certificate for entry into the SMS and the full details can be sourced by the following link: https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry- programme/. Each application form must be fully completed, duly signed and initialed on both pages by the applicant.
