• Providing formal legal advice and guidance to all relevant stakeholders pertaining to Labour disputes, misconduct and Litigation matters.
• Researching, analyzing, and evaluating applicable Labour Legislation and case law.
• Drafting and presenting learning outcomes to all relevant stakeholders in relation to misconduct cases, labour disputes and litigation matters.
• Managing and presenting evidence regarding misconduct cases, labour disputes and labour court litigation matters.
• Facilitate training regarding misconduct, labour disputes and labour court matters.
• Attend, participate and present case law at all ER and all other related forums as requested.
• Management of Staff within the sub-directorate: Disputes and Litigation Act as Director-ER in the absence of the Director.
