• I-pension Committee / i-Grade 12 okanye isiqinisekiso esilinganayo kunye neminyaka elithathu (3) yamava kwicandelo le-Human Resource okanye i-Diploma / u-Masters (NQF Level 6/7) kwilawulo labasebenzi, ulawulo oluqhuba iqela elithile / ulawulo oluqhuba igumbi elithile njengoko kugunyaziswe yi-SAQA.
• Kufuneka kubekho i-PERSAL course encinci elishumi (3) njengoko kulindelekile.
