Deputy Director for agri-processing in the Western Cape, requiring a diploma or degree in economics and three years of management experience.

Requirements

• An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Economics;
• A minimum of 3 years management experience.

Duties

• Develop operational primary sector programmes;
• Develop and maintain networks with stakeholders;
• Build and strengthen market growth and promotion of the primary sector;
• Identify sector specific blockages;
• Render project management and administration for primary sector programmes emanating from government policy;
• Provide Human Resource and Financial Management.
