Internship: Human Resource Practices

Overview

An internship at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria for graduates in Human Resource Management or related fields to assist with recruitment, personnel records, and service benefits administration.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management/ Public Management/ Public Administration/ Organizational Psychology/ Industrial Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector).
  • Knowledge: PERSAL.
  • HR information management systems.
  • Skills: Communication Computer literacy.
  • Innovative/ Creative. Presentation.
  • Report writing.
  • Time management.
  • Organizing and Planning.

Duties

  • Assist in administration of service benefits and service conditions.
  • Conduct recruitment, selection and placement process and implement employment equity plan.
  • Maintain personnel records and staff establishment.
