Internship: Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation

Overview

Internship at the Unemployment Insurance Fund in Pretoria supporting strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, requiring an undergraduate NQF Level 6 qualification with no prior internship experience.

Requirements

• An undergraduate qualification in Internal Audit / Forensic Audit / Economics / Accounting/ Accounting Science/ Commerce/ Development Studies/ Social Science/ Monitoring and Evaluation/ Business Management/ Business Administration at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
• No experience required (Never participated in any Internship Programme (both Public / Private sector).
• Knowledge: Policy Framework for the Government-Wide Monitoring and Evaluation System.
• Monitoring and Evaluation platform/ Principles.
• Monitoring and Evaluation Systems.
• Research Methodology.
• Skills: Communication.
• Computer Literacy.
• Innovative/ Creative. Presentation.
• Report writing.
• Time Management.
• Organizing and Planning.
• Financial Management.
• Problem Solving.

Duties

• Administer appropriate governance to support the Fund’s strategy development process.
• Assist in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework.
• Facilitate the evaluation and analysis of service delivery.

The Graduate Programme is meant to provide work exposure to graduates in their fields of studies.
