Overview
Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, licence renewals, traffic fines re-routing and accident reporting at the Plant Hire office in Tshwane.
Duties
- To provide general administration duties - typing, scanning, emailing, filing and recording keeping, etc.
- Licenses renewal administration.
- Traffic fines and infringements re-routing.
- Vehicle accidents reporting and administration.
- Assist with other administrative duties assigned by the superior.
- Basic secretariat functions as and when needed.
- Management of attendance register.
- Provide Administration support with regards to Performance Assessments during review and contracting period.
- Provide administration support on HR related functions as and when needed.
