Staafkaartverpleegkundige posisies by De Doorns CHC in die Breede Valley Subdistrik, wat SANC-registrasie as 'n Staafkaartverpleegkundige vereis met ervaring wat vanaf geen tot 20 jaar gegradeer word.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Kwalifikasie wat registrasie by die SANC as 'n Staafkaartverpleegkundige toelaat.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Staafkaartverpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: Geen.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie by die SANC as 'n Staafkaartverpleegkundige.
• Graad 3: 'n Minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/herkenbare verpleegervaring na registrasie by SANC as 'n Staafkaartverpleegkundige.
• Inheemse vereistes van die werk: Geldige (kode B/EB) bestuurslisensie.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): Goeie kommunikasie-, beplannings- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Vermoë om in 'n multidissiplinêre span te werk.
• Verbeter pasiëntsorg deur die implementering van SOP's, beleide en riglyne.

Pligte

• Ontwikkeling en implementering van basiese pasiëntsorg.
• Verskaf basiese kliniese verpleegsorg.
• Effektiewe benutting van fisiese en finansiële hulpbronne.
• Handhaaf professionele groei/etiese standaarde en selfontwikkeling.
