Kliniese Verpleegpraktisyn (Graad 1 tot 2) gesoek vir Kwanokuthula CDC in die Knysna/Bitou Subdistrik om primêre gesondheidsorg te verskaf en las van siekte te bestuur.

Vereistes

• Minimum opvoedkundige kwalifikasie: Basiese R425 kwalifikasie (d.i. diploma/grade in verpleegkunde) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R683 plus R254) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Postbasiese verpleegkwalifikasie met 'n duur van ten minste 1 jaar diploma in Clinical Nursing Science: Health Assessment, Treatment and Care, geakkrediteer by die SANC (R48).
• OF 'n 4 jaar Bachelordiploma in Verpleegkunde (R174) of ekwivalente kwalifikasie (R171 plus R1497) wat registrasie by die South African Nursing Council (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige toelaat. 'n Nagraadse diploma (R635) geakkrediteer by die SANC in Primêre Sorgverpleging.
• Registrasie by 'n professionele raad: Registrasie by die SANC as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige.
• Ervaring: Graad 1: 'n Minimum van 4 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Graad 2: 'n Minimum van 14 jaar toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring in verpleging na registrasie as Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleging.
• Ten minste 10 jaar van bogenoemde periode moet toepaslike/erkenbare ervaring na verkryging van die 1-jaar postbasiese kwalifikasie of nagraadse diploma in die tersaaklike spesialiteit wees.
• Inherente vereistes van die pos: Geldige (Code B/EB) bestuurderslisensie.
• Bereidwilligheid om oortyd te werk wanneer nodig.
• Bereidwilligheid om 'n mobiele kliniekvoertuig te bestuur.
• Bevoegdhede (kennis/vaardighede): NIMART-opleiding of -ervaring.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede mondeling en skriftelik.
• Probleemoplossing, verslagskryf, skakeling en fasiliteringsvaardighede.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardighede (d.i.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pligte

• Bystand verleen met die bestuur van die las van siekte volgens die omvattende gesondheidsprogramme.
• Kwaliteit van diens: Beplan en implementeer Gesondheidsbevordering en Voorkomingsaktiwiteite in fasiliteit en Gemeenskap.
• Skakel met die gemeenskapstrukture en NPO's.
• Versamel data en doen verslag.
• Verskaf PHC-dienste aan die omliggende gemeenskappe.
• Bystand verleen met die bestuur van Menslike Hulpbronne, Finansies, SCM, Strategie en Gesondheidsondersteuning, Infrastruktuur en toerustingsbestuur.
