Bestuur kwaliteitsversekering van maatskaplikewerkdienste by die eThekwini Suid-distrikkantoor, wat 'n Maatskaplikewerkgraad, SACSSP-registrasie en tien jaar se ervaring vereis.

Vereistes

• Kwalifikasies: Baccalaureusgraad (NQF Vlak 7) in Maatskaplike Werk.
• Registrasie by die South African Council for Social Services Professions as 'n Maatskaplike Werker.
• Slegs gekandidateerdes op die kortlys sal bewys van huidige registrasie by die South African Council for Social Services Profession as 'n Maatskaplike Werker voorlê. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie. 'n Minimum van 10 jaar se ervaring in Maatskaplike Werk na registrasie as 'n Maatskaplike Werker by SACSSP.
• Kennis: Grondwet van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Labour Relations Act, Navorsingsmetodologie, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, Werknemersprestasiebestuurs- en -ontwikkelingstelsel, Kundige vaardighede om strukturele bronne van armoede, ongelykheid, onderdrukking, diskriminasie en uitsluiting uit te daag, Kundige kennis en begrip van menslike gedrag en sosiale stelsels en vaardighede om in te gryp by die punte waar mense met hul omgewing interaksie het ten einde sosiale welsyn te bevorder, Die begrip en vermoë om komplekse maatskaplikewerkdienste te verskaf ter beskerming van mense wat kwesbaar, in gevaar is en nie in staat is om hulself te beskerm nie, Die vermoë en bevoegdheid om individue, gesinne, groepe, organisasies en gemeenskappe te assisteer en te bemagtig om hul sosiale funksionering en probleemoplossingsvermoëns te verbeter, nood te voorkom en te verlig en hulpbronne doeltreffend te gebruik in gevalle waar kundige kennis vereis word.
• Vaardighede: Kommunikasie, Taal, Interpersoonlike verhoudinge, Rekenvaardigheid, Navorsing, Probleemoplossing, Gevorderde verslagskrywing, Konflikbestuur, Tydbestuur, Gevorderde welsynsberading, Analitiese denke, Voorlegging, Finansiële bestuur, Syfervaardigheid, Bestuur.

Pligte

• Verskaf 'n maatskaplikewerkdiens van die hoogste, mees gevorderde en gespesialiseerde aard binne (a) gedefinieerde gebied(e) van spesialisering rakende die sorg, ondersteuning, beskerming en ontwikkeling van kwesbare individue, groepe, gesinne en gemeenskappe deur die relevante programme in vennootskap met belanghebbendes.
• Fasiliteer die ontwikkeling en beplanning van programme en ingrypings om 'n maatskaplikewerkdiens te lewer deur die doeltreffende, ekonomiese en effektiewe benutting van finansiële hulpbronne.
• Bestuur 'n maatskaplikewerkseenheid om te verseker dat 'n doeltreffende en effektiewe maatskaplikewerkdiens gelewer word deur die doeltreffende en effektiewe benutting van menslike hulpbronne;
• Hou tredy met nuwe ontwikkelinge in die maatskaplikewerkveld om dienslewering te verbeter.
• Beplan en verseker dat maatskaplikewerknavorsing en -ontwikkeling onderneem word.
• Voer en/of verseker dat al die administratiewe funksies wat in die eenheid vereis word, uitgevoer word

The content of this circular must without delay be brought to the attention of all potential applicants. Applications must be forwarded to the relevant address. Applications must indicate the reference number of the post applied for and the Centre using a new Z83 form (which must be completed in a manner that allows a selection committee to assess the quality of the candidate based on the information provided in the form.
