Vereistes

• Baccalaureusgraad (NQF Vlak 7) in Maatskaplike Werk.
• Registrasie by die South African Council for Social Services Professions as 'n Maatskaplike Werker.
• Slegs gekortlysde kandidate sal bewys van huidige registrasie by die South African Council for Social Services Profession as 'n Maatskaplike Werker voorlê. 'n Geldige bestuurderslisensie. 'n Minimum van 3 jaar junior bestuurservaring in 'n maatskaplike dienste-omgewing.
• Kennis: Grondwet van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika, Wetgewing oor Maatskaplike Welsyn en Gemeenskapsontwikkeling, Beleide, Norme en Standaarde, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, Analise van organisatoriese gedrag, Strategiese besigheidsbestuur, Werknemersprestasiebestuur- en ontwikkelingstelsel, Wetgewing met betrekking tot Maatskaplike Welsynsdienslewering, Begrip van SASSA-funksies, Maatskaplike dinamika van KwaZulu-Natal-gemeenskappe, kennis van HR-bestuur, Labour Relations Act, Diensleweringstrukture, Openbare deelname, Gemeenskapsbetrekkinge.
• Vaardighede: Kommunikasie, Interpersoonlike verhoudings, Verslagskrywing, Finansiële bestuur, Veranderingsbestuur, Tydbestuur, Projektbestuur, Leierskap, Diversiteitsbestuur, Besluitneming, Berading, Dienslewering-inovasie, Kliëntoriëntasie en kliëntfokus, aanbieding en fasilitering, probleemoplossing en analise, konflikoplossing, Bestuur, onderhoudvoering, rekenaarvaardigheid, syfervaardigheid en taalvaardigheid.

The content of this circular must without delay be brought to the attention of all potential applicants. Applications must be forwarded to the relevant address.
