Vereistes

• Basiese R425-kwalifikasie (d.w.s.
• Diploma/ Graad in Algemene Verpleegkunde en Vroegkunde) wat registrasie by die ‘South African Nursing Council’ (SANC) as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige en Vroedvrou toelaat.
• Huidige registrasie by die SANC (2026) Ervaring Vlak 1: Geen Ervaring Vlak 2: 'n minimum van 10 jaar toepaslike/ erkende ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde.
• Ervaring Vlak 3: 'n minimum van 20 jaar toepaslike/ erkende ervaring in verpleegkunde na registrasie as 'n Professionele Verpleegkundige by die SANC in Algemene Verpleegkunde Kennis, Vaardighede Opleiding en Bevoegdhede Vereis: Kennis van verpleegsorgprosesse en -prosedures, verpleegstatute, en ander relevante regsraamwerke.
• Nursing Act, Health Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Patient Rights Charter, Batho-Pele-beginsels, Public Service Regulations, Labour Act, Dissiplinêre Kode en Prosedure, Grievance Procedure, ens.
• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede;
• Verslagdoeningsvaardighede Kennisbestuur;
• Beplanning & Organisasie;. Rekenaarvaardigheid.

Pligte

• Verskaf leiding en toesig vir die implementering van die verpleegplan en gehalte pasiëntsorg.
• Implementeer standaarde, praktyke, kriteria en aanwysers vir gehalte-verpleegsorg.
• Beoefen verpleegkunde en gesondheidsorg in ooreenstemming met wette en regulasies relevant tot verpleegkunde en gesondheidsorg.
• Handhaaf 'n konstruktiewe werksverhouding met verpleegkunde en ander belanghebbendes.
• Benut hulpbronne doeltreffend en effektief.
• Bystand verleen met aflospligte van die toesighouer en optree as skiftleier op dag- en nagdiens wanneer nodig.
• Verskaf toepaslike verpleegsorg aan pasiënte in die Toelatings-, Antenatale en Kraamsaal.
• Bevorder en beyker behoorlike behandeling en sorg, deur te reageer op pasiënte se behoeftes, vereistes en verwagtinge.
• Werk as deel van 'n multidissiplinêre span om verpleegsorg te verseker wat koste-effektief, billik en doeltreffend is.
• NB: Moet bereid wees om skift te werk soos toegewys; sluit nag-skift, naweke en Openbare Vakansiedae in.

Directions To Candidates: Applicants must submit a fully completed, initialled and signed Z83 form and a detailed CV only. All fields of Sections A, B, C and D of the Z83 must be completed in full.
